I already spoke with @Fire regarding one of the issues that came up and I believe that was cleared, however the order status is still on hold and my support ticket #28391 is still set to new.
Can you please follow-up as it has been delayed past the usual order delivery time.

The order was placed on January 23rd.
The original support ticket was opened on January 23rd also, with an update done on the 25th after which I spoke with @Fire about it and the issue raised was cleared.
I dropped one more update request yesterday, 2/1, as I had not received the custom yet, nor has the status changed on my order dashboard and the status of the ticket is still registered as New.
I realize it is the weekend, however knowing my work week schedules, I figured I’d post up today.

Apparently the support team is very busy or my case is simply not being processed. I made a mistake in my initial post. I haven’t been waiting for my ticket to be processed since January 30, but since December 30. So I haven’t received my custom or any feedback from support since I was notified that my order was complete.
