Hi, could you please check ticket #24452 for a modification to a custom sub order. I’d updated the ticket with the required actions 5 days back but haven’t seen an update or received the custom.

Thanks @RVconsultant . Have posted a follow-up on the support ticket but still no response or order completion unfortunately :upside_down_face:

If you have raised a ticket that is modifying a custom, that will inevitably end up taking more time. It disrupts the whole process and your custom order might end up at the end of the queue.

It’s additional work for those who are involved in this process so do be careful in the next custom. Very soon there will come a time that you can’t modify your custom order since it will become fully automated unlike now where a human or two are involved in the process.

Hello everyone, i’m following up on a refund request support ticket that i issued on Monday June 17,2024. I purchased new limitless unintentionally so i issued in this refund request. The order number was #103635 and the ticket number is #24548. I’ll make sure to not make such mistakes and to be more careful next time around😅

Bro. I don’t think RVconsultant is involved with Express Delivery or any custom order. He does inform staff about late Support Tickets though. Not late customs.

I could be wrong but that’s my understanding of it.

Thanks for letting me know Lion. The thing is I thought should I raise a ticket but i recall SC get high volumes of incidents with limited resources to deal with them all and i may not hear back right away. Who should I address this too ?.

I don’t think it is addressable. If you get the express order, the express cost is kept. If it is late, the charge is refunded.
