Thanks @Lion for the details. I understand it’s an extra-normal request and appreciate the accomodation.
However, it’s been 5 days since your reply (and ~3 weeks overall including weekends) and I’ve still not seen either a response to the support ticket or any update.
I guess what would be concretely helpful is to a. at the minimum have support respond on ticket queries b. provide any ETA so that I can loop back at that time

Tagging @RVconsultant. Next time do tag him if you have late Support Tickets. If it takes more than 5 business days that is. Which is approximately a week if you include the weekend.
