I put legacy mask instead of solace mask.
There is an additional 30USD, not sure how to fix this. I can pay but no options to correct the order.

I realize you likely got the express service because of urgency. Sometimes express ordered do not get processed in 1 business day. I don’t know if it matters if it is normal to be late. I don’t even know if normal has anything to do with it. I also doubt this is anything personal. I’m guessing you would like your custom ASAP. I think it is policy for the express service to be refunded if not completed in 1 business day, although you still likely wanted your custom done within 1 business day. I can understand if you might feel negative about not having your custom within 1 business day.

I submitted a ticket on it as well this weekend, I accidentally left a module out that I had purchased when reviewing the order and was wondering if it’s possible to get it included or if I would have to remake. If possible, I would like to include gentleman’s speech in the custom.
