Order 2026220 was delivered with legacy audio. My original ZP had trickling stream ?. This was an upgrade from zp to zp2. Please can this be sorted asap ? as i cannot stack this anymore.

I want to make sure I understand what you are saying. Your original ZP had the Solace trickling stream, and the upgrade order (2926220) was delivered to you with the (older mask) legacy, which sounds more like a waterfall (it’s louder). And what you would like is your upgrade with the quieter Solace trickling stream mask. Is that correct?

Yes Sir that is correct i had the trickling stream in my original custom ZP version.

Please help and request they have this ZP2 version custom for trickling stream sorted.

I am vert angry @RVconsultant i am not blaming you its just that I ordered an express same day. SC did kindly offer me a partial refund but i am p*ssed today because of this. Bloody stupid man. I cannot stack this man.

This would mitigate these stupid things from happening. Why havent i heard back yet ?.

Its daft to be honest downgrading my trickling stream.
