Would you please state the type of ticket (custom or support), date entered, the number?

What is that date of the support ticket? November 8?

What is the date of the order?

Please check the numbers. I think orders usually start with the number 2, not the number 1.

Yeah the order number was 105732 and the support ticket date was novemeber 8th.
thank you I placed the order on the 29th of october and the support ticket is 27107

there is one ticket remaining from nov 21: #27278
another ticket for pronunciation for custom from nov 22: #27281
and Saint has told me to pm him the pronunciation directly.

Can you please ask support and Qprogrammer to look at this as an urgent matter. I selected all the correct options to change a custom to Solace mask. However it just charged for the rebuild and not Solace?

So I want to make sure I still get it.
