the reason, i’m submitting this even tho it hasn’t technically been 5 business days is coz i want to order a custom immediately when these support tickets get answered. I want my custom as fast as possible and waiting for these support questions is getting abit frustrating (this is my problem, not subclub’s).

if there is anything that can be done, i would be grateful else, i’ll wait.
