Yes, I explained in there what happened. It added to cart with the cost but then at checkout it said Solace, but the charge for that did not appear.

If the express order is not “expressed”, then I think it is SC policy to refund the express charge.

Your support ticket: what was the date it was entered? Is there something urgent about it such as wanting to alter an order?

Now as for your orders: Reminder: I don’t have access to such things. @Floridianninja I think you are in the USA, and @kuntz in case you’re not in the USA or don’t know about this upcoming holiday, we have Thanksgiving tomorrow. So I’m not sure how this holiday might affect support tickets and orders.

Seems like I am in a vicious cycle.
