"What happened to my support ticket?"

hey guys been 3 weeks now :frowning: no rush , i know u guys are busy but just wanted to remind incase forgetten

#27650 ticket with custom, I received errors in my custom order emails that were a bit concerning.
This was sent on December 4th

I was recommend by @Lion to not run my customs until this was resolved. I would like to get an answer so I can move forward.

I essentially said:

I ordered two customs and received two identical emails on different days saying the same customer order had been finished. I’ll include below for reference both as attachments and in the email. The email for the completion of the order number is the same, but the download links are different.

I want to ensure these are the correct customs per order number and so

  1. Is the order number per download accurate to the correct custom order there? Should these be resent to ensure accuracy?
  2. Why does the email have the same order number completion but different customs?
  3. Is the custom creation/automation process subject to errors like this on the backend? A duplicate, the wrong module, or lack of including something or just the emails sent out in the automation process?

Hi @RVconsultant, if I message you my ticket number. Can you see if my screenshots are attaching or can I DM you and you attach them for me? I don’t want to wait the 7 days for support to respond without seeing the screenshots of the custom builds.

Would you please post the ticket number, custom number, dates of entry (for the ticket and custom), and please post them as replies to this post.

Please put all the details in one post, guys. Don’t put order number in one post and when RV asks when you ordered it, the date comes in another post. It will be difficult for him to put all the posts together.
