I essentially said:
I ordered two customs and received two identical emails on different days saying the same customer order had been finished. I’ll include below for reference both as attachments and in the email. The email for the completion of the order number is the same, but the download links are different.
I want to ensure these are the correct customs per order number and so
- Is the order number per download accurate to the correct custom order there? Should these be resent to ensure accuracy?
- Why does the email have the same order number completion but different customs?
- Is the custom creation/automation process subject to errors like this on the backend? A duplicate, the wrong module, or lack of including something or just the emails sent out in the automation process?
