now i am concerned that the SC engineers may think that this is a QV2 custom and just "photo copy " it to give me the same ZP version. Can you please confirm.

That can’t happen, bro. Whether your old custom was Qv2 or ZPv1, it will be upgraded to ZPv2.

@Lion dont mean to derail this thread is there a post which covers the differences in ZP and ZP2. Did a search couldnt find anything solid. Been really out of touch with the latest developments with SC as i have been so busy.

I think Saint had said it somewhere but mostly the size of the primer script has been decreased (probably less repeating of that script) and thus reducing reconciliation.

Less reconciliation and more results. That’s the summary of it.

That recon was most likely the primer in the original ZP. It’s been cut down significantly in ZP v2. This one should be a much easier ride.

ZP v3 will hopefully be even more smoother.

Please note that all new titles will be released in ZP v2 format, even on the Q Store. We are essentially “sunsetting” v1, basically recommending that everyone move to the ZP v2 versions of their titles. There’s been a number of questions about the difference between ZP v1 and v2, and though we’ve answered it here before, those answers are spread across multiple threads. Let’s summarize everything here, so when we start talking about new tech and services, there’s a central point of reference.

Order 2026220 was delivered with legacy audio. My original ZP had trickling stream ?. This was an upgrade from zp to zp2. Please can this be sorted asap ? as i cannot stack this anymore.

Your original ZP had the Solace trickling stream, and the upgrade order (2926220) was delivered to you with the (older mask) legacy, which sounds more like a waterfall (it’s louder). And what you would like is your upgrade with the quieter Solace trickling stream mask. Is that correct?

Yes Sir that is correct i had the trickling stream in my original custom ZP version.

Please help and request they have this ZP2 version custom for trickling stream sorted.

I am vert angry @RVconsultant i am not blaming you its just that I ordered an express same day. SC did kindly offer me a partial refund but i am p*ssed today because of this. Bloody stupid man. I cannot stack this man.
