What are YOU doing?

This will be a 2 in one kind of question, but firstly:

I was wondering what people were doing action wise to go along with their stacks.

For example, if you’re listening to Khan, are you using apps like Tinder? Are you going out there and talking to girls? Are you using a program/course to teach you tips and tricks regarding getting sex etc?

Secondly, for my people doing WANTED/Seductress - or even those that have a physical shifting custom, what are you doing to aid the physical shifting?

I just bought a course, I’m not sure about yet, to aid in the physical shifting. I got an ad from Facebook today that came up as I saw it as a sign to get it as it seems to be something I’m looking for. What are you people doing? Dieting to get leaner? Using jaw exercisers? What’s your plan? Etc.

I’m super interested, so drop your stack below and what action you’re taking.

I do it the other way …

Because my current day-to-day work involves writing for social media, being in virtual meetings, and studying for a new career, I’m stacking Stark.

Am running a custom and putting my efforts into building good habits to get me out of my funk.

Am focusing a lot on the module Eye of the Storm (which helps in avoiding bad habits and building positive ones). And using this module to support the other modules in my custom.

So far I have been able to (re)start OMAD (supporting Fat Burn module), meditating, exercising my eyes (supporting Eyesight module), totally giving up caffeine including green tea, NoPMO (supporting Stop Porn and Masturbation module), etc.

While I believe there’s no such thing as having too much money, right now I’m comfortable financially… so my focus has been on improving mindset and physical health.

For mindset:

  • Listening to Halcyon and Sanguine
  • Started meditating again
  • Started using adaptogens for modulating neurochemistry
  • Reading many many books on mindfulness, simple living, etc. Lifestyle decluttering, basically
  • Spending more time playing with my daughter and feeling gratitude for everything in my life
  • Avoiding my office on weekends or other down time
  • Blocking all work-related apps on my phone during designated down time

For health:

  • Listening to Paragon
  • Doing more stretches and some yoga, though my wife still laughs at how clumsy I am… lol
  • Tweaking and adjusting my supplements
  • Using my red light panel (https://joovv.com/products/joovv-quad-3-0)
  • Reading books on health, biohacking, etc - most recently, Boundless by Ben Greenfield
  • Did a PEMF session on my shoulder, which has been hurting lately

And for both… spending more time outside, now that the weather is really nice here.
Edit: I’ve also ordered a device called a Hapbee, which will hopefully be here sometime in the next week or so.

This morning I stacked a scoop of focus blend from Four Sigmatic in my Bulletproof coffee with a loop of The Executive, and POWERED through a task I’d been putting off for nearly 2 weeks.

For real tho, my stack fit the goals and action I’m taking, I was just wondering what things other people might be doing action wise with their stack.

I’m guessing it’s going super well for you too? This is interesting to me. How do you find Stark with social media?

How’s your eye doing? Do you feel as if you’re increasing?

I also need to start meditating. @BLACKICE gave me a great meditation technique to work with.

I love the whole spending time with your daughter and being grateful. Whenever I’m in a funk I’ll spend time with my dogs (they’re my babies) and do the same looking for things to be grateful for.

Avoiding work on weekends and the next one down is something I wish my boyfriend would do. He’s always working and it’s super frustrating since he doesn’t get any actual time to himself. I’m glad you’re managing to move from that since I know how easy it can be to stay into work mode.

How are you finding Paragon? I wanted to use it for my knee but I’m pretty sure I’ll need surgery.

I’ve also been stretching, trying to get my splits and back bends better however I’ve been finding it hard to get that motivation again to do it consistently.

All of your actions are for sure amazing and I’m grateful you shared! Loved seeing the insight.

Paragon has helped with some headaches I’ve had recently, as well as some upper back/shoulder/neck pain, though I need to start going to physio more often as well.

For back pain/stiffness, try the Egoscue Method back stretches. Crazy effective when I actually do them. I learned from one of their master trainers and he showed me one stretch at a conference… I was laying on my back in a hallway at the convention center with my legs up a wall, people almost literally stepping over me as they walked by, but the stretches he had me doing for just a few minutes… wow. When I got up it felt like I’d had an hour-long deep tissue massage, my mid back was so relaxed and it was almost buzzing… in a good way. Definitely try that!

I reshifted my focus. I was using Ascended Mogul for the last month and it helped with business motivation but the progress I was making with my fitness and weight loss started to slow down. I’m back to just fitness subliminals and WANTED for now.

I’m taking a long rest period, once I start listening again I’m going to do Emperor Fitness ST4, Spartan, and WANTED. My goal is to maximize my fat loss and continue to work out 5 days a week as I have been. Action wise I started doing the Tony Robbins program The Body You Deserve. It has definitely rekindled the motivation that started to fade.

I chose WANTED because I wanted the physical shifting(fat loss) and also the confidence boost. I’ve been overweight for a while and have really low self-esteem in regards to my body image. Even after losing 32lbs I still feel like I’m extremely overweight when I’m not.

Last week I tried Wanted – thought I could improve my body composition, the lazy way. :blush:
But I got headaches. So, I’ve dropped it for now.

From past experience, I know that my headaches are caused by some new emotional healing scripts. Ev4 (NB) and DR did it too. As a result of some convoluted logic, I played Alchemist Stage 1 yesterday, and have been feeling much better since. :man_shrugging:t2: :joy:

im running stark and limit destroyer all v2,

i do what i should do in order to evole, take actions that will help me grow and what matters to my soul

i do:

music production
i Dj at my bedroom
i read books
try to stay present whenever i feel ive been drifted away
try to chat with people that seem friendly and i would love to have as friends

everyone is different, do what you think is enough

about socializing in stark im trying now to talk more to people try my new possibilities within a convo

i think action is about you bought the sub for, for example i bought LDUV2 which is not a clear sub in the description it says it removes internal limits

which there is a huge spectrum, so i defined my limits (my fears, the blockages against true divine love from within, cognitive problems such as adhd ) and i work on it do the best that i can :smiley:

Am taking a training course, from March 2021 to November 2021 in a discipline that I think will be central to my next phase of professional, personal, and wealth development. Every two months, there are 5 days of 4 hour trainings including presentations and practice. So, in total the whole thing is 100 hours. In between meetings, I’m reading, studying, and practicing to learn it well.

This is definitely the core of my action at this time.

My next step will be to begin working privately; integrating this niche discipline into my overall work flow. I am not sure of the exact timeframe. But that’s the next major milestone. After getting situated with that, I intend to create a business that develops and offers accessible, innovative resources related to this discipline/niche so that a wide range of people can benefit from it.

So, there’s a set of internal milestones (involving study, mastery, and integration of concepts and skills) and there’s a set of external milestones (involving planning, establishing, and developing professional structures to provide this resource and products related to it).
