What’s your experience with paragon?
Very interesting combo in your stack, do you notice any interaction between Limitless and Paragon? New insights regarding your own health and body?
Do the improvements include typing accuracy, speed in words per minute (WPM) or both?
Today is day 21 of the current listening cycle. Tomorrow through Sunday will be the prescribed 5 days off.
Multiple dreams every night since the 5 days off started.
Last day off. Listening starts tomorrow with one loop of Wanted.
First listening day of this cycle. Replacing Paragon with Regeneration going forward.
More frequent dreams.
I am going to use this policy as well.
Last listening day. The next five days, tomorrow through Friday, will be rest days.
