What’s new?
Been getting compliments like crazy. I’m talking from my physique, to my fragrances, my looks… everything.
My co worker complimented me on my work ethic and told me that he’s always trying to get me promoted so I can work with him. He also asked me if I was hitting the gym cause my arms are looking huge.
Another co worker complimented me and said something similar. Also… kind of weird but I made a mistake at work and he was laughing at me for it. It kind of pissed me off and he said “don’t worry I still like you… but not like that. Just making that clear”

I’ve had tons of people at the gym compliment me on my physique, say I’m looking big, always training really hard, asking me what my routine is etc.
Even had a guy last night stop me and say “I gotta say, you’re 1 out of 2 guys in this place that I’ve ever seen with a skincare routine. Keep it up man, have a good night.
I’ve also made a lot of friends at the gym recently. Like I can’t remember the last time I went to the gym and didn’t know somebody.
I used to feel a bit awkward at my gym cause I was fairly new and didn’t know anyone but now I always see people I know, say what’s up, and even make new friends every time I’m in the sauna or the hot tub.
Like, I used to be too shy to even acknowledge people when I walked into the spa area, but now I always smile and say “hi” which usually leads to a convo with a new person. And my gym is expensive, judging by some of the cars these people pull up in… I think it’s a good idea to get well acquainted here.
Physique’s been looking good. I’ve been leaning out a bit yet I’m getting stronger every week. Remember this:
Yesterday I got 10 reps with 100lbs barbell curls… I’m constantly mind blown at how fast I’m progressing.
Also theirs been a lot of weird synchronicities happening. Like I was sort of daydreaming in the hot tub yesterday and almost exactly what I day dreamed happened… I only realized it after I got home but it was sorta spooky tbh
Other weird things like a song I was listening to said something about 7 o’clock and “it’s going down” I look at my phone, it’s 7 o’clock, I look up and…
This girl locked eyes with me.
Another time this week I was finished training, I began walking towards the stairs and she was walking head on towards me, eyes glued to mine. I was still catching my breath from my last set and my heart rate was still through the roof I didn’t say anything but damn I think she was about to shoot her shot or something cause it was mad weird

Having a lot of semi awkward social interactions lately. Like this morning when the head dentist finished checking my teeth and said goodbye.
While looking at me, he paused and sort of stuttered “have a nice summer”.
Of course I smiled and said “You too”.
He just came across as overly nice and I was kind like “wtf…” but it was kind of flattering.
Something similar happened at the gym today, when I walked in, a dude my age smiled and greeted me with a typical “Hey, how are you doing?”
Said “fine, yourself”
“Great”… then kept staring at me and smiling… and as I walk by him to scan my pass he says “have a good workout” in this lowkey awkward tone of voice.
Then two other workers greeted me like they were very eager to see me.
I think Khan, LBFH and Wanted’s auras a mixing and giving me a huge Halo effect
Like yesterday a girl did a double take and smiled at me as I walked by her. Also, 2 girls smiled at me when I walked by them yesterday.
Had a man smile at me then look me up and down in shock as I was taking off my shirt in the locker room.
Another man complimented my haircut and said “damn that cut looks great on you bro”. He said it with so much passion too lol.
When I was chillin’ in the hot tub after my workout, 3-4 different girls stared at me as they walked by.
Another girl was swimming in the pool with her boyfriend, caught her staring at me like 3 times. Totally entranced too, didn’t even look away when I caught her.
All this to say, if you don’t like random acts of kindness from strangers, being treated like royalty and obvious and intense attraction from girls everywhere you go, then stay away from this stack lmao.

Also I have a confession: I have a gym crush…But she has a man.
Idk why I feel the need to journal this but, fuck it lmao.
Gawdddd she’s soo fine ughh, Latina girl, her face, her body, her vibe, personality. Everything about her is so sexy. I’ve never exchanged words with her, but I’ve seen her interact with her man and she seems so bubbly and fun. Yet when she’s alone training, she’s super serious and very focused. Which is very similar to me…
I see a lot of myself in her. Which is really weird. Actually it’s funny, we sort of avoid starring at each other, but occasionally catch each other in the act… and when she’s with her man around me, she seems super extra. Like she’s putting on a show or smt.
And also, (and maybe this is why I subconsciously wanted to journal about this strange girl)
So I notice whenever she’s around me, I feel this subtle yet strong energy shift. It’s a contrast, an intense feeling of sexual confidence and nervousness. And I can sense it in her too. Like the air just feels thick when we’re near one another. It’s just awkward.
(So I’ll try and describe this, it’s kind of weird)
I was walking towards the pull up station and she started waking in front of me and suddenly I felt this emotionally intense sexy energy emitting from myself. I felt like an animal on a hunt, eye on the prize.(Even though I wasn’t awkwardly staring at her) but I was in a trance of sorts. We both slowed down our walking pace and I almost stopped entirely when she sat down at her machine.
After I snapped out of it, I went to the washroom looked in the mirror and thought “WTF was that…” could it be the Wanted aura being activated? Never felt anything like that in my life.
Anyways I finish my pull ups, walk to the calf raise machine. (I was waiting for the man using it to finish his set so I could ask him to work in. )
She begins waking towards me, I take my headphones off and she slows down to almost a stop.
A lot like what happened earlier. Maybe she thought I was gonna talk to her or something. Idk but everything about it felt weird. Like she was on her phone as she was walking…she wasn’t even looking at me.
Anyways, everything about her is so weird, but so hot. I don’t understand any of this shit. My feelings, thoughts, all these awkward coincidental situations. Like Im not gonna lie, I have a borderline unhealthy obsession with her.
I’m in the gym to train, I need to focus. Not be thinking about her smh. Worst part is she’s taken, I can’t take action on any of this.
I’m supposed to be the wanted one, not the one Wanting something I can’t have.
