The exercises don’t really matter, they are just a tool to induce the tremors. Tremors is the main thing, how you induce them - doesn’t matter. The exercises are just aimed at fatiguing certain muscles which fasciliate the tremors. With time, you’ll learn to trigger the tremors even without the exercises
I’d recommend to keep doing the exercise for the first few weeks until you really know what neurogenic tremors feel like and can trigger them without exercises
That indicates a lot of trauma (both lifetime and generational) and a lot of improvements ahead of you. A healthy, trauma-free person should be able to easily do 30+ min sessions, with minimal tremors. Don’t force the session time though, your tolerance will increase naturally
Over time, you will find your energy levels massively higher, mood better and stable, and you will release trauma, instead of just learning to live with it
There is a ton of benefits to this practice, naming them all would take a while lol. I believe traumas can stop us for progressing in almost all areas of life
