Freeform Journalling

This for me, is basically my recon killer.

Basically, I do a variation of this where I open up my diary app on my phone (Diarium) and just type out anything to comes to mind and let all the words flow out. This process was incredibly useful for me when I was suffering pretty bad recon from a combo of LBFH and a terrible argument I had with my girlfriend. I just kept typing and typing, letting all my emotions out on to the page. You don’t edit anything or try to structure it to make it look “nice”. It started out very negative, talking about how nobody cares for me, how I’m such a terrible person and so on. It went on and on and I typed hundreds of rambling, incoherent self-loathing sentences.

Then somehow near the end, I kept typing things like “It’s okay, I love you”, “I love myself” and so on. I then felt a surge of energy coming from below me and I felt a nice warm breeze over my body. It was so calming. Reduced my fears and worries immediately and I had a much easier time relaxing afterwards.

I’d recommend using this whenever you have a hard time with recon or you’re noticing negative background thoughts popping up consistently. The 2nd time I did this, I realized all the things I was pouring out were related to the subs I was running (EOG, R.I.C.H and Ascension). Things related to money, my confidence and so on. It’s very useful to see what is being reconciled. It’s like a bridge from your unconscious pouring into your thoughts in the subconscious and appears consciously in front of you in the journal/diary.

RoM is definitely pushing me in this direction only problem is too much ’ ice cream flavours’ to choose, im researching a bit which is best brainwave entrainment or tracks for meditation so far brainfm and iAwake stand out, the one you posted looks very interesting as well. Not entirely sure how it will interact with sublims so dont want to overload my brain .

@SaintSovereign Any way i can get Rom to more accurately lead me to the right tracks for me(not talking about sublims) and any advice how these brainwave entrainment technologies interact with your sublim products? Iawake also has some biofield stuff that seems good, quite overwhelmed with choices.

Neither of the above 2 I recommended for meditation involves binaural beats or brain entrainment.

Also, the Biofield tech in iAwake products has evolved since then by the creator Eric Thompson, who now develops his own apps and operates under the name SES

Heartwave 3.0 is upcoming

Just looked it up and it seems phenomenal. Do you find that the course is mostly geared towards entrepreneurs, or would it work just as fine for someone with a job with a very unpredictable work schedule?

Yeah that was surprising . I’m really out of the loop on whats the latest or best on the market so im still researching and would appreciate guidance.
Where does Eric Thompson sell his products could you link me?
Have you tried iAwake products? If i recall their flagship was PMP 3.0 and how do they compare to meditation shaktipad you linked in first post?

Brain.fm guys seem professional and competent as they got neuroscientists and psychologists on their team to design ,test products and conduct studies, they claim its some tech beyond binaural beats tho its mostly for focus or relaxing they dont specialize in meditation.

well both. lol you need to have a predictable projects, goals and actions.

I have most of the iAwake tracks and used them a lot in the past. I prefer energetic entrainment now. Brain entrainment is much more prone to overstimulation. It more or less manipulates your brain into compliance with specific brainwave patterns.

With the others, these do not force your brain, are more wholistic and natural, and are effective at helping and guiding you into meditative states. Brainwave patterns are more of an effect than a cause. Those just arise as a by-product.

PPV is one thing I’m definitely investing in this year. I spent the last few days researching August Bradley and his work. What I saw was very solid and convincing.

So iAwake products wouldnt go well with sublims due to over stimulation causing your brain to process more right?
Also curious what were your top 5 favorite products from iAwake and why? Im trying few now but just liking audio acupuncture can really feel that product shifting energy inside me , braincharger 3.0 seemed interesting havent tried ,solar infusion so so. Brain.fm mixes their stuff with music so can imagine using that when working or playing some strategy games but still searching for right product for meditation. I will check that link out lots of cool stuff and do i need some special headphone or speakers to play this stuff?

Maybe my last RoM loop manifested you to aid me through this cluster fuck of endless products and companies  i appreciate the guidance.

Audio Acupuncture is pure biofield, no brainwave. That was also a favourite of mine. It felt healing.

Other fav was The Spark, by Javi Ottero

Fractal Sound Tech for Focus & Flow, another non brainwave track, but not biofield

Also, HeartWave Meditation

For the ones that contain brainwaves, I liked-

Harmonic Resonance Meditation

NeuroFlow

Forgetting Not to Remember
In, Out & Through Vol. III

I found those to be the most smooth, connected, and deep.

A recent new one I got but haven’t listened to so far is The Universe is Friendly!

Audio vibrations that wake us to the Self beyond the self

If you want to experience transcendent consciousness, samahdi, and blissful meditative states, the ones mentioned above are best.

yeah imo you use his PPV as a canvas template to build upon…

add your own flair to it and you’ll have the ultimate system

FYI he just send out a newsletter saying that the early-bird pricing will be gone soon, so if you want to grab it this year, you might consider doing it soon. I’m strongly considering doing the same

i’ve had good results with gamma brainwaves. they help with processing lots of information

Just got mono gold 2.0 whats the difference between first release version? played ultra strength several hours and set desktop backround monogold really feels strong, how many hours per day is it recommended?

Im also interested in AWAKEN THE MIND and golden ratio , cant play 2 at the same time right? awaken the mind for meditation and flow and golden ratio for sleep. Can you do like 3 hours of each per day?

From Eric on the SES Forum in answer to this question one person asked-

“Audio Ormus was an older technology and not representative of what we’re able to produce today. You have to keep in mind that when I created Audio Ormus, I was still learning the ins and outs of how to best produce this kind of technology. Monatomic Gold is a much better product…”

You’ll need to discover your own threshold, with programs such as Mono Gold or Pure White Light, 20 min might be ample or an hour.

A few hours might feel like you’ve had too much caffeine, depends…

Only a couple of apps are advised as suitable to be left on during sleep, Pineal Sleep is one.

I can recommend the Awaken the Mind for Meditation.

Golden Proportion to balance and harmonise an environment.

There are programs that combine well, others not so much. Most are great stand alone.

Are you still using Obsidian or do you have your PKM in Notion as well?

Are these products updated over time like the ultra strenght silent audio tracks for example? As sublims here as tech advances got a ZP2 upgrade , is it same with these biofield tech products from SES?

I like to go a bit crazy in testing the upper limit, tried 2x open mp3 media player with ultra strength 60min tracks and imgs as backround felt like i got a Monatomic gold chemo therapy lol , too strong.

Both.

Obsidian for Notes

Notion for Task management and taking action

Yes, once every couple years major upgrades on all programs, which is shown in your downloads. Minor updates might be performed more often.

What you did is the suggested method to find your upper limit first, and then pull back to a point where you don’t become overwhelmed.

Maybe you are quite sensitive to energies. Also, after you reach saturation level, you may not feel it as much until you assimilate what you have absorbed.

Take it easy though mate it can’t damage or hurt you, but if you overdo it, it can make you feel dysfunctional for a while.
