Yes very interesting @Sub.Zero. Why do you call it low-level recon though, this is more like high level reconciliation is it not so?
Now today actually suddenly had a huge breakthrough, still a lot of unresolved processing but at the same time huge breakthroughs and results are very much present. A very wonderful feeling within myself, feeling the programs I have been listening very strongly executing and feel so energised I barely want to sleep.
This as opposed to the numbness I am mostly feeling is just amazing. This feeling and the progress I am feeling is why I have not dropped the subliminal programs yet, I absolutely know and have experienced the potential. It is all about making it work for me at this point.
But it has been a constant observation that whenever I hit a certain amount of rest days results will come and flourish, however, it might as well be tomorrow I wake-up and it is gone again and I am back into processing, there is no consistency to it. If only I can have daily results, not a week of processing and being in weird and stuck states with one day of results it would be fantastic.
Also whenever this happens I will get a strong déja-vu for some reason, as if my mind clicks and things start to flow again. The deja-vu is just like any other deja-vu but it feels like “oh wow, I have been here before in my subliminal journey, like a similar breakthrough has occurred before” … not sure if this is new to others but it is not to me it has happened many times before and seems to always happen when I am on a cross roads.
I can now really see the progress I have made this cycle and the delay that I mentioned before seems to lessen by the day. Once I start to get into processing where results delay it is never good it will just build-up and will take time to unwind later on, leading to potentially weeks of harsh recon and constant processing with zero results whenever I finally take my washout.
The only solution I see to this is being able to manage and monitor exposure properly to keep it within a certain range that can be worked with for each individual and it is very variable and different for everyone!
You do realize that you’re working through your own recon with journaling and observation, right? Did you consider that this phenomenon isn’t just overexposure, but rather a deep sense of reconciliation?
Look at it from our perspective — you stated the issue and then began to think deeply about it, externalized your emotions, and then the recon suddenly broke.
Take it from someone who has read thousands upon thousands of customer reports. You should consider delving deep within the self, and the copy of whatever titles you tried to locate a pattern. When you’re in recon / processing, you said certain things bother you that normally wouldn’t. Write all of those down and try to find a commonality between them, then cross reference against the features or objectives of the title.
You may discover something there that is exceptionally triggering.
I call it low-level recon, since many people either fail to recognize it as recon (or at all), or refuse to acknowledge it due to FOMO (that used to be my case) or pride and act accordingly.

That’s correct. The only issue I see is that there’s no reliable pattern; our reconciliation cycle varies not only between users but also from one exposure to another.

Only after almost 10 days of processing this process begins to unfold smoothly, before it was also occurring but is was so burdening that even if I overcame some parts of the reconciliation clog there would inevitably be another layer that had to be resolved. This puts me just in a permanent reconciliation state leading to depression and no results at all.
Now it feels like a smooth process and emotions are involved, before there was no emotion and just a sort of numbness, I felt literally that something was “stuck” likely I am very sensitive to overexposure and it become so much that everything got stuck within my system.
Now I am just sailing through it but a bit hesitant to start again as even now when having awesome results I still have pressures and tensions in the mind.
I want to washout everything and start over slow, I really never again want to be in such a state. I did not feel my life at all. Life is the only valuable thing to me and my own inner well-being I do not want to stake. Reconciliation as I experience it now does not bother my whatsoever, I can consciously work it out very easily. Only when it gets stuck, I get stuck, and I have no idea what is going on and am just feeling numb and mentally lethargic it is absolutely a disaster and feels nothing short of life threatening to me.
This is all because the process has become more than my system is capable of handling and it shuts down completely.
Carefully monitoring & managing this process for me will be very important moving forward. But thanks for input I had not thought of writing it down like that and will try this approach.
While I understand your frustrations, at the end of the of the day, there’s very little that can be done on our end. If an individual has the natural proclivity to philosophize the life experience itself, even if we created scripting to “assist” with that, the individual would simply philosophize that too and most likely outright reject it, as the scripting would contain suggests that the person stop thinking the way they are built to think.
You also seem to hold the notion that “increased information” is the source of this issue, as if the “secret” to Zero Point’s effectiveness is complexity. That is untrue, and we have tested this before. We have created titles that were significantly shorter and contained less information and it triggers more recon than a title with “more information.” Case in point, Heartsong, which is remarkably short and concise and yet users have reported that they sometimes struggle with it, indicating that length and information density are not the deciding factors of the scale of recon that a user would potentially face. Instead, it is what I’ve always said: subject matter is the determining factor.
If I were to make “Gaming Mastery X - Valorant,” for example and went absolutely bonkers with the amount of information in the title, one who has mastered this game and reached higher ranks could still run it with ease, while those who are new to this game would experience much more recon. Why? Because the emotions and thoughts involved with competitive gaming are nuanced, but the Valorant expert has already naturally worked through those issues and wouldn’t be triggered by the script. To further illustrate, if I were to make this title, I would obviously write scripting for people to deal with the toxicity of PVP gaming itself. However, most of you who engage with PVP are already equipped to deal with this in your own unique fashion – whether that’s talking crap back, turning off the chat, etc. But someone new to this would find themselves having recon over this, since they haven’t actually developed an emotional strategy that works for them.
And thus, assuming the issue is solely with the nature of the Zero Point build and then placing an additional assumption upon that build will lead to further frustration, as titles that people would expect to “have additional information” may actually be rather simple in written form. The anti-recon scripting, for example – exceptionally simple in written form, complex in actual expression.
The only advice I can give is – if you want to continue using Zero Point titles, you will have to continue experimenting to find your sweet spot. It is not a hopeless cause, everyone has one. But yes, I understand if you feel that the cost is not worth it. In this case, perhaps your subconscious is informing you that you may already be undergoing a natural “accelerated” growth and attempting to push it further with subliminal audio may not be within the boundaries of your unique life path. But recognize that it is your unique lifepath and thought process that is driving the situation, not the actual build itself.
While we all have experienced overexposure – not just with subliminal audio usage, but also information overload in the daily life (think back to the COVID lockdown era, where information overload and fear drove individuals mad) – the large majority of users have indeed found their sweet spots.

That’s generally correct. However, I noticed that subliminal reconciliation is not a linear progression toward greater and greater results but rather a cycle. This means that even after experiencing a spike of recon, it doesn’t guarantee you won’t go through another spike, even if you were off subs. However, in general, low-level recon tends to subside gradually, and, simultaneously, the recon blanket that smothers the results gets lifted.
I noticed that running micro loops can cause spikes of acute recon; however, it shortens the overall reconciliation cycle. So, shortening your loops will help you get through recon quicker, but it doesn’t necessarily make the experience smoother.

The quickest fix is the new recon tech, which helps smooth out reconciliation significantly by allowing you to deal with recon much faster—often on the spot. However, as you know, only a few titles include this technology, so managing recon—especially low-level recon—can still be challenging. The most reliable approach is to monitor your reconciliation cycle and adjust your subliminal exposure accordingly. Low-level recon is a clear sign that your mind needs more time to process the scripting, so it’s important to give it that time. Increasing physical activity, practicing relaxation techniques, maintaining a proper diet, staying hydrated, and getting enough sleep can all make a big difference and smooth out the whole process.

It’s hard to tell, as our reconciliation cycle is mostly unpredictable—as I mentioned before. This means that even though 3 minutes worked for you this time, it might not work as well the next time you run your sub. As I said earlier, it’s all about monitoring your reconciliation cycle and managing low-level recon when it arises.
My guess is that 3 minutes might be the minimum you can currently handle, and it would be a good idea to gradually increase your exposure—perhaps once a week.
From what I’ve observed, the longer loops you run, the more rest you need, and the higher the “risk” of experiencing low-level recon. The sweet spot is a theoretical point where there’s little to no low-level recon and results are consistent. However, this sweet spot isn’t static—it’s dynamic. That’s why continuous monitoring of your reconciliation cycle and actively managing recon is essential.

I’m guessing this is one [DRR] of those subs where its damn near impossible to tell if you’re in recon/overexposure or it’s just doing its job.
While an accurate response to this may not be as straightforward as it seems, I will attempt to provide one to the best of my knowledge, drawing from my experience and long-term observation.

This subliminal process, known as reconciliation, can be ridden by what is referred to as ‘recon’. These are the side effects of reconciliation that most of us are familiar with—and don’t particularly enjoy—like the ones you described here:

We absolutely don’t need recon in order to grow. Moreover, based on my experience and observations, recon actually interrupts subliminal reconciliation and should be avoided at all costs, as it tends to smother the very results we’re aiming for.
Moreover, recon often makes it impossible to take the required action—or severely limits our ability to carry it out. And as we know, taking action is the primary catalyst for growth.

Starting with micro loops each time is recommended for a reason : it’s the best way to find your sweet spot, as it’s a highly individual matter. It varies not only from person to person but also between different stacks—and sometimes even from day to day.
This is what I been doing with DRR. I cycle between 3-5m. Some days I can handle 5m no problem, no recon, other days 5m will give me brutal recon. When this happens, I usually take an extra rest day and start over at 3m.
Also I’m gonna add the new HERO ST1 with DRR1 on my next cycle. Seems like it can help in lots of ways.

Recon is not the same as what most people refer to as ‘reconciliation,’ since subliminal reconciliation refers to all the mental processes that occur after exposure to subliminals whilst recon are the side effect of that subliminal reconciliation. Therefore, I clarified the distinction above, although SC describes both quite well below.

When you are listening to a properly made subliminal, reconciliation is always happening.

- Extreme handwaving away of results and effects – even the most obvious results will seem as if nothing is happening. An example is when we had testers with obviously elevated vital signs (rapid breathing, high heart rate, sweating) claim nothing is happening during testing of very specific experimental physical shifting technology.
- Vivid or weird dreams, which at times can contain hints at to what is happening in the subconscious. Can also be complete lack of dreams or at times nightmares.
- In rare cases, repeat awakenings where you wake up, think you are in reality, but then wake up again (sometimes multiple times in a row). This is usually the case with high levels of overload when the process of reconciliation gets incredibly complex, like a ball of yarn trying to reconcile all the new input and straighten itself out. We call these time-loops.
To sum it up:
- Reconciliation → the actual internal subliminal process, and
- Recon → the experiential side effects of that process.

Plus, I’ve been diving deep into complex spiritual and scientific concepts basically throughout my whole life and overthinking, overanalyzing and over-reflecting on everything and everyone.
Or in other words, it seems that when the ZP script triggers a reconciliation process inside my subconscious mind, a chain reaction happens, where the reconciliation then goes through all the possible layers, further down the rabbit hole, asking questions about the questions about the questions. And that reconciliation chain reaction only stops once it arrives at the very core of things.
I’ve been suspecting this for a long time, since this is how my conscious mind operates as well, trying to understand the concept behind the concept, the reason behind the reason, the source behind the symptoms etc. And now with Saint’s explanation this would confirm that it means that my subconscious mind also operates like that.
Luckily for me, I am always super open minded towards everything, so my mind, in most cases, will never outright reject an idea, but will always try to go its core and then reconcile it with other already existing ideas. No idea is too crazy to not be considered and reflected upon.
Which explains why I’ve always gotten hardcore recon symptoms from Love Bomb and WANTED / WB, as I’ve been processing additional layers from other people’s minds too – this is that “Extraverted” and “Intuitive” part of me (from “EN”-TP) and the mechanic that makes my subconscious mind telepathically access other’s people’s minds for additional processing of data happens because of this more often than it is probably necessary. That’s what happens with over-analyzing and overthinking of everything.
Sometimes it feels like that my mind is reconciling all of humanity at once. For example, reconciling my relationship with one particular person, triggers reconciliation of my relationship iwth all of humanity and all of humanity’s aspects etc.
Then, this chain reconciliation goes on and on until all possible aspects of humanity have been reflected upon and I can find my new place in that, and then update my belief about my relationship towards that particular person.
It feels like all I want to do is overwrite Girl-A.JPG with Girl-B.JPG, but then my mind starts questions the nature of JPEG’s, the file folder that these files are stored in, the nature of the operating system, the BIOS, the computer hardware it is based upon, the nature of saving pictures on computers, the nature of pictures in general and information processing etc.
It feels like only wanting to take a sip of wine, but ending up becoming a sommelier and wine expert, just to mentally classify what that sip of wine meant and how it fits into the grand picture of my life.
I wish I would have known this earlier, I mean about the very different ways of how people can process the subliminal input, I then would have made more rest days in the past and even more conscious processing and would have paid more attention to how I am processing everything. Looks like I’ve been overexposing myself massively over the last years… but not because I listened to too many different titles, but because I was not aware that my mind operates in reconciliation chain reactions.
Maybe scripting against overthinking and overanalyzing would help?
Something like instruction the subconscious mind to reconcile an idea only gradually? Like reconcile it only so far, that the new idea can be manifested in the outer reality and just “tested out for a little bit first” and if the reality-backtest is successful only then reconcile it further?
Over the last weeks I have used ChatGPT extensively to dive deep into reasons for things and events in my life and all the psychological mechanics associated with it and that has been helping me a lot in terms of conscious processing of upcoming emotions and insights.
This also explains my latest experiences of the synergistic effects of running many different titles as sometimes a different perspective onto something is all that needed in order to break through a plateau. For example using the latest EE approach, has broken through the action taking plateau I previously had with KHAN. Now that plateau has been broken, I am taking a lot of action while going through KHAN’s Total Breakdown processing.
PS: I have also been using esoteric stuff in order to increase my transliminality.
PPS: Sorry if not all of this makes sense what I wrote here. English is not my native language. Anyways, with those new explanations I am one big step further with learning how to properly work with ZP.
I have been wondering this for awhile. If information can be perceived through someone his energetic field. And if I often times get more results from reading the sales page and consciously tapping into that energy structure then why should I process things through the auditory part of my brain.
What if I can turn the entire audio just into an electromagnetic field and process it as energy.

Out of ALL that time running this sub, I had maybe two days were I thought, “Oh damn, this must be the subliminal. I’m not usually like this”.
But looking back, I see pages and pages of “well, maaaybe it’s the sub”. Results so subtle and unremarkable that it may as well be placebo.
Anyway, sometime around the end of the 2nd cycle, I found the day I reached 4 minutes listening time, I was quite productive. It was GREAT. So, I jumped ahead to 5 minutes the next listening day, and felt Recon - meaning I was off and all my productivity disappeared. I went back down to 4 minutes and didn’t experience any benefits again after that.
I think what we deal with here is a reconciliation blanktet where the user is “trapped” in low-level recon which is really difficult to spot as it doesn’t differ much from regular fluctuations of our mind (chains of thoughts and emotional reactions to them). It usually stems from not giving our mind enough time to go through (process) the low-level recon.
I believe that the official recommendations should be changed in favor of doing longer breaks between the loops and not running more than one loop a day as many people struggle gauging their own reconciliation cycle.
What’s vital is observing your own reconciliation cycle and learning when it’s the right time to run your loop. However, it looks like the new recon tech doesn’t help with dealing with recon alone, but also helps the user monitor and manage their own reconciliation cycle. At least, this is my case.
I believe that so-called ‘hard gainers’ are in constant, really low-level recon and, therefore, the reconciliation blanket I mentioned suffocates and/or delays their results.

I can clearly see the program is working in the sense that I am processing, I am being affected subliminally by something, I am feeling and operating differently or something is present within myself that could potentially cause great transformation but then just get stuck somewhere along the way never reaching the other side where it leads to significant changes that unfold in my life.
Just everything remains mostly the same, it might be seen a little different but no true breakthroughs, at least for me. The same life struggles, the same life circumstances maybe with a little bit of a different shade and color to it? Meaning I might change a little bit in perception and focus but the major obstacles are not being overcome.
So at a deep belief level my beliefs may not be changing and I remain stuck with the same old paradigm.
Btw I wish I could use the anti recon script myself but the programs I can run & like don’t have it right now.
Actually now looking back I was having a significant amount of results when I ran programs around 3 to 5 mins, not so much anything on 30s or 1m, but from 3m onwards for sure very visible results especially when ran consistently such as every other day. Just that while I was having results I have a tremendous amount of psychological disturbance than makes nothing enjoyable as I was almost always going through something.
If I could just strip that part away and enjoy the results only or have it not be there just about all the time it would be beyond amazing.
Just have to figure out how!

start at low exposure, with your problems it would be smart to do what Saint recommended: 30s every 4-5 days
Sure you don’t have as much results but over time, you will be able build up to more and more exposure, which will bring more results but also without this psychological disturbance (because you will be working through your blocks smoothly, without having to recover for months)

I believe it would be beneficial to have a 5-second break (auditory blanks in the audio-with no scripting in them, of course) between the quadrants, as it would allow the user to decide when to include listening to the next one and, therefore, have more control over their reconciliation cycle and growth.
