One thing I’ve realized a while back is that there’s little to no satisfaction gained when getting sexual results, unless it’s with a partner that you already have a good connection with, or else it just feels like meh.
Like what good is a sexual result if it’s with a random chick that I have no connection with? I could literally get a prostitute and get the same result that way too

It’s beautiful, makes me feel like I’m flowing through like the wind.
It’s beautiful, and one of the best subs that anyone can use to figure out which path they should be on, especially when they’re feeling like lost (like I was recently), but once you’re not feeling stuck anymore and know exactly where you want to invest your energy and time, then it’s kinda unnecessary to keep on running it.
Which is also why I think Hero is better for deeper development for the path you choose after Genesis, as it will help you master the craft that your path requires.

Deeper introspection and thinking about my character and what I represent; part of realizes that as much as I wanna be the greatest to ever exist, I don’t really ever want to be idolized or followed, I’m not here to be a role model, not because I hate attention or anything, but because I’d rather have people be motivated by me to become better, rather than be another copy of me (was also why I wasn’t going to post what’s in the custom

Feeling much more compassionate towards my girlfriend, it’s almost as if my feelings are on the elevated attraction levels that are usually present at the very start of a relationship (due to the newness of the relationship).

Realized just how judgmental I truly was, especially about the character of famous people, which took a lot away from the appreciation I showed towards their art, whether it was someone like Lil Nas X for his obnoxious behavior, or someone like Tom Cruise for his connection to Scientology, those aren’t really the things I should use when appreciating their songs or movies, respectively.

Felt much more accomplished after my workout was done, I normally do feel amazing after each workout, but the pride in myself today was on a new level, especially since I was a bit hungover today to give it my all (or that’s what I thought before heading to the gym), but somehow those low energy thoughts converted into this bright flame in my soul that channeled incredible aggression, which resulted in one of my heaviest workouts of this month.

At first I wasn’t really vibing with this custom cause I didn’t really feel Stark being Stark, but by the end of the day I realized something: it’s not that I’m not feeling socially comfortable, I’m just less talkative due to my focus, so while I wasn’t socializing as much at the gym, I was pretty chill with my friends there after my workout was done, and the same applied to talking with my girl and cousins, so in a sense, mixing HeroO and Stark is keeping a good balance between Focusing and Socializing.

Working out also felt amazing, as every exercise felt like a new and intense experience, and while I lifted heavy today, each movement felt more controlled than ever before, which seemed to intensify the mind-muscle connection I usually have.

Lastly, I feel a new sense of pride within myself and everything I bring to those around me, and if even just a single person gets to have a smile on their face because of me being around, then that shows me that I’ve done something great, and should take a lot of pride in that.

it is an Islamic country with Shariaa law, so that’s the main reason for it.

refer to the first answer, it’s not “illegal”, but if you’re gay and do something in public, then you get prosecuted due to it being forbidden religiously.
being gay isn’t illegal, but doing anything publicly with another person, whether straight or gay, will land you in trouble with the law.
also, no more comments about the country and law, due to it taking away from the journal.

Im curious why you picked emp fit st3 over LOTS.
It seems to me like at this point LotS has become basically a stronger version of emp fit 3.

LotS makes me lose weight rapidly.
Like it’s good if I wanna cut some bodyfat, but as I’m bulking heavy right now, I can’t really afford to halt my progress with something that doesn’t really work as well with me.
Also, EF3 is much more intense when it comes to building muscle, because LotS is much broader, while as EF3 is streamlined and linear with its objectives.
