The Rebirth Of Ouroboros

For post 101 do a “How to have high flow factor (aka be open minded) and get results like me”

AKA “Get better sub results 101”

And I’ll delete this message

That wasn’t Sauron, lol. That was the witch king (leader of the ring-wraiths aka nazgul)

Good lord…

We need to have a conversation about PCC.

@Luther24 has written in depth about how it’s the most underrated sub, and I’d been excited to add it to my stack for a while, but after just 4-5 loops of it, and now about 2 weeks off from it, I can say it’s completely and totally enhanced my world view.

First of all, everything you think you know about PCC is wrong.

It’s not about “defending against power moves”

It’s not about “becoming extremely powerful and charismatic”

Although YES it does those things. But how does it do them?

First and foremost PCC opens your ignorant eyes, removes the veil blinding you from seeing the games of power that are playing all around you.

It adds wisdom & knowledge & awareness to the social game being played.

It helps me accept the truth that between every interaction of people, power & status are the unspoken contexts that define the interaction & my place in it.

Naturally, defending against manipulation will happen, almost automatically, once this is understood.

Realizing a game is being played will automatically improve your skill at the game. Adding on additional tools to defend against manipulation only fine tunes the result.

There have been SEVERAL PEOPLE who since PCC I realized I thought were my friends, but were actually people wielding power over me for their gain, to my detriment.

Now… after just a couple of loops of PCC… I have total awareness of the consequences of the power dynamic that happened after each encounter.

I speak with someone and after that realize “oh I could’ve handled that better” or “oh this is a powerful person I should’ve gotten in his good books, not tried to have a power struggle with him”

PCC is teaching me that it’s not about WIELDING POWER over other people, it’s about leveraging other people’s power and using it to your gain… get them to use your power to positively benefit you. Wielding power is the art of borrowing power from powerful people.

Meanwhile, defending against power is about not letting people do that to you, unless you believe there’ll be a two way relationship where you lend them their power and in return they’ll lend you yours.

In essence, what I just described is the foundation of a successful mentorship.

A man goes to a more powerful man, drops his life, dedicated himself to serving that man in some way, working for free, doing everything he can for the more powerful man almost like a servant.

If that relationship was a one-way relationship where he didn’t receive anything back, he would be getting manipulated, being taken advantage of for being on the bottom of the power hierarchy

But if the mentor is giving back to him, that SAME situation is now advantageous and powerful. The mentor acknowledges his mentee is on the bottom of the power hierarchy and works with the mentee to help him ascend higher and higher up the chain - providing not just skills, but also connections, opportunity, wisdom.

Even the mentee’s name is associated as more powerful because instead of (in my example) being “amazing at sales” I can say “I’m (entrepreneur’s) best closer”)

So…

After my limited exposure to PCC, I’ve become completely aware of the game. I realize after interactions that my actions have caused me to lose power, or that I played the wrong hand, it’s helped me realize that I’ll succeed sometimes by wielding power or developing my reputation as someone powerful, and sometimes by borrowing other’s power, and sometimes by lending my power to others (whether they’re more or less powerful than me, debt is always useful)

And while the language may be a bit cruel sounding, it actually makes me feel like life is more harmonious, more connected, more giving. I am giving to people above me and below me, without explicitly expecting anything in return… I just know it’ll come back to me one day either directly or indirectly.

I have better relationships with management, fight less, and get my way more.

My mindset around success is more abundant than ever because I have more people who can help me achieve my goals.

All in all, great sub, but not for beginners. Better for listeners who are either very much so developed in success already, or who are knowingly or unknowingly in an organization with a strong hierarchy where some people “get” more than others… opportunities, the best shifts, extra mentorship, etc.

PCC takes a more conservative way and I prefer the polarizing way. I am thinking of removing entranced and/or Temptation from my custom.

bought genesis zp but haven’t ran it yet

3 minutes of Genesis ZP

powerful early results at the start of genesis

overcame a big fear/avoidance piece today and tackled my financial organization/taxes.

there’s a lot of negative charge around that, but, i’ve been at it for a few hours now.

this is the type of thing that a balanced sub does…

every part of genesis worked towards helping me get progress on this task.

  1. it focused me on something extremely high leverage and important

  2. it gave me confidence to do it and the most clear gameplan i’ve had in months

  3. the light bit of healing to remove the blocks stopping me from doing it were huge

  4. more “purpose and clarity” that this is what i need to do

  5. ultimately this comes from a greater sense of wanting to “live life” to the fullest because, since i’m not financially organized, i tend to make a lot of money but remain afraid to spend it.

genesis is gonna be gooooood

Going to take a temporary break from this thread, test out Genesis ZP for a while in a solo thread dedicated to it, and then come back here to continue journaling once the genesis experiment is concluded.

Coming back to this thread to add Genesis into my stack

Aaaaaaand I’m back.

Washout Day 1

LOVELY little run of Genesis, definitely had some pros and cons.

I feel like a took a much needed spiritual healing break to focus on the other areas of my life, ASIDE from ambition and wealth. Get my lifestyle locked in a bit, which is definitely important.

Which was great for my mindset, my happiness, my social connection.

One benefit of Genesis was that my relationship gained a lot of clarity through communication.

I wouldn’t even say DEEPENED as in got better… it’s already great…

We just managed to have a lot of conversations and get clarity on a lot of things.

The biggest personal clarification on my end is basically getting a lot more clarity on when exactly is the right time to propose. And it’s a lot sooner than I originally was thinking. Genesis helped me overcome some “objections” I was giving myself regarding that. I won’t get too deep in the weeds on this but essentially Genesis is giving me clarity on the rest of my life.

However, in regards to WEALTH, my main focus, after solo’ing Genesis, I’m feeling SLOW.

And maybe I needed to slow down, so I could be more intentional, so I could vroom vroom even faster without crashing.

But I feel a little bored, not living life to the fullest of my potential wealth-wise. So I’m excited to RAMP IT UP!

My financial anxiety is definitely down, my quality of relationship is definitely up, my social skills and purpose are amplified, I have a few vacations/days off/retreats that I booked for the summer over the last two weeks, and I spent pretty much 80% of my days over the last two weeks with my GF which she really appreciates.

Nice little reprieve from the grind, and I made money without grinding, too.

But now, back to work.

Thought to self: Hmm… I’ve been doing SO well with HOM, so I should probably go back to HOM after my washout (including Genesis)… but at the same time, I need that DRIVE, so what about Emperor? It’s HOM that’s been getting me all that success so yeah I’ll probably go HOM + Genesis next cycle, and if I need more work ethic, add in the commander or EOG1.

One thing people are surprised to hear is that despite all that I’ve been through, I never really did solve procrastination.

It’s just not the most important lever.

If I work 6 hours per day instead of 8, my work is 25% less effective.

However, within those 6 hours per day, if I’m doing the right things, I can be 100x more effective.

But listening to Genesis has me taking stock of my life.

Coffee? Don’t need it.

YouTube? Delete it?

Walking? Bring it back.

Meditation? Bring it back

Porn? Tried watching it today. Super bored. Turned it off. And I have no shame around porn either, since it’s not frequent for me. But I just had zero interest.

The cynical part of me is saying “we’ll see how long this motivation lasts!”

Washout day 2

a friend of mine has been listening to EOG1

He said,

“I think the subliminals are working!”

I asked how he knows. He said…

“I’m working my ass off. I’ve also realized that I focus on the small shit that doesn’t grow the company but keeps me busy and prevents me from spending time building the company. I’ve had a fear of building the company. Fuck that fear!”

I love EOG1. Even when you don’t believe it works, it works!

That’s awesome that you have other friends open to this stuff bro!

Only friends I have actively listening to subs are you, @Monarch and another online friend who only lurks and doesn’t have an account here.

How’d you introduce that to them? Are they from the lab?

LOL after enough time, 9 times out of 10, they want it sooner than we think.

This is a piece of healing I’ve had recently too, regarding the complete lack of efficacy of the word “should” and changing that to “I want to”

“I want to do some zone 2 cardio” Ok mind, thanks for making that clear, let’s do it/figure it out

Changes the game

I introduce subs to people as part of my coaching in the lab, privately, and if they’re really open minded, and it’s received well cuz i have authority.

This guy isn’t from there, he’s just a close friend, I introduced them to him 2 years ago and he brushed it off but now that he’s staying with me I just played it and he started noticing a change

It’s a lot sooner for me, i meant. I know her timeline, what I meant was I’m ready to do it sooner than I thought I was gonna be ready
