Just for today I have decided to listen to GHJ & LBFH full loops.
A friend reached out immediately after I finished GHJ expressing their gratitude for our friendship. I started feeling gratitude for the man I am dating.
I began to reframe and feel a sense of compassion and greater understanding of where he is coming from and where I could be potentially sabotaging a beautiful budding relationship.
He apologized for something earlier which felt extremely genuine.

I notice while in my calm happy joyful space and distraction tries to pull me away that I gracefully bring myself back to the NOW.
I continue receiving loving acknowledgements from others. It feels wonderful!
I am experimenting to see the results I get as a result of embracing more love, joy, happiness, gratitude, acceptance and automatic reframing and revisions of anything not in alignment with the ideals of myself and the world.

I love how with the use of titles like Paragon & Seductress, HoT possible too, that I have become much more connected with my menstrual cycle and the moon cycle.
I was mostly out of touch with this until my 30’s.
Day 10 of the menstrual cycle falls in the Follicular Phase, where estrogen is rising, and energy begins to build.
Energetically: This phase is associated with the Yang (masculine) energy increasing—momentum, clarity, and outward expression start to take shape. It’s a time of renewal, creativity, and action as the body prepares for ovulation. However, there’s still a presence of Yin (feminine) energy, bringing intuition, fluidity, and receptivity.
Spiritually: This is a powerful time for intention-setting and creation. Feminine energy remains present in the form of inner wisdom, but the masculine energy begins to take the lead, encouraging confidence, motivation, and forward movement. It’s a phase of balance, where inspiration meets action, making it ideal for manifesting, planning, and stepping into aligned flow.
