From what I’ve experienced using dense stacks, I’ve realized that you can run dense stacks in theory, but there are four requirements, to make the absolute best of them. Without the requirements, I find results are often times subpar for me.
Before I get into the requirements, I have to say something that still held true, even on dense stacks—Spreading your attention and resources too thin will significantly increase the chances of inefficiency and sub optimal growth. Hence, YMMV.
1. Harmony
How harmonious are the concepts in the sub with each other, to you?
What solid outcome can you picture from the interplay between all subs in the stack?
If it doesn’t make sense to you, well you’re going to spend a lot of time trying to make sense of it before active development starts.
2. Congruence
The current state of your internal and external world, with regards to the concepts being discussed in the sub.
Beliefs
- How repulsive are the concepts in the sub to you? Why?
- How accepting are you to the concepts?
- How flexible are your beliefs?
- How much can you stack your beliefs towards embodying the concepts?
- How open are you to new experiences?
Environment
Your environment is your pathway of manifestation. After all, the results we seek must be grounded in practicality.
This also plays well with NSE’s manifestation of new experiences. Creating an environment that could give you frequent luscious new experiences, would support a positive feedback loop, where growth is natural.
Also, how open is your environment to change from you and external factors? Your friends, workplace, family, lifestyle etc
Outward presentation
This is the reflection of identity into external reality. Your physical attractiveness, dressing, behavior, linguistics etc. This is the part where most people sense first, and, even though it’s sad, it is the limit some will be able to accept.
Now, imagine you hear a voice, immediately, something has been stirred within you. Your head swerves instinctively so you behold the siren, but the illusion shatters almost immediately. Then, you might say to yourself “such a shame, not what I expected” and move on with your life; while some others may roll their eyes, and, you guessed it— they move on too.
Action
How congruent are your actions towards the concepts you desire to embody?
How likely are you to embody the concepts, if you keep acting the way you currently are?
The more congruent actions you can stack, the better. Hence, why I agree with @Sub.Zero method of using a sub grounded in your current reality.
3. Energy & System
How much energy can be mustered towards embodying the concepts? The more the merrier
How accommodating is you energetic/body system to the concepts?
Imagine using cognition subs, but never sleeping properly. Running sexual/social subs but never leaving your house. Or using physical shifting and never eating properly.
4. Processing queue
This one is the most interesting one, that I’ve observed out of the rest, and, it boils down to one question
How much of your mind can you harness towards embodying the concepts?
Sub input, speed of processing, processing density (feeling the heaviness of the sub in your head), energy demand are all outcomes from that one singular question.
Another interesting observation is that—consistency is so underrated in building up this capacity.
