On a different, but not so different side of things, yesterday night before falling asleep we fooled around with the lady and I had one of the most powerful erections ever. It was so strong and hard both of us noticed the difference right away.
It made the whole experience way more enjoyable for both of us, I cant even find words to really describe it. It had a different quality to it, something extra, something special.
It wasnt technique, its was pure raw connection…

As soon as I reached the 1 minute mark of WB I felt a surge of energy going through my body.
As soon as I reached the 1 minute mark of Genesis I started feeling a lot of emotional depth in the center of my chest, as if my heart was being worked upon.

Its been a little over a week since Ive been experiencing pain for the first time in months, both in my sacrum area and my right feet.
Ive been avoiding taking measures because I resisted the idea of being in pain again, but last night the pain became too intense not to notice it… now Im taking pain killers.
Wishing you to have relief. And that the underlying causes get identified and resolved.

I got a strong headache yesterday, probably tensional due to the pain and stress I was experiencing.
Today I woke up much better, I still have pain in my lower back and some minor headache, but its clear that the worst part is over.
I cant afford to go into healing subs, because I have too much work next week and I dont want any recon, I do believe some minor Paragon exposure will help.
Ive been feeling waves of anger coming and going, but whats worst is feeling a deeply engrained sadness, I can feel it in my bones…
A cry of anguish wishing it can be let out, but cant find its way through the maze.
Hang in there brother. It’s all part of the process.
I will for shure… maybe its time for some meditation, instead of medication.

Feeling much better after last night meditation and emotional release.
Got a pretty revealing dream also, which gave me some clarity about what was happening and what my fear was/is.
Now I have a path to follow into resolution.
Yeah Im gonna ditch Wanted Black… all this pain made me realize that my focus should be being healthy and I need to keep on track for as long as necessary.
Genesis and Paragon for now, at some point I need some emotional healing, but for now with so much work to do I cant afford all the recon and introspection.
As a reminder… feeling better is not the same as feeling good. Feeling good is not necessarily the same as being healthy

How did Paragon go for you?
It did pretty well, but I quit too soon… I was feeling good and decided to move on, intead of going all the way till achieving health.
Now Im back on Paragon again.
