Its usually just a minor discomfort, but a crisis can be very painful… I have been feeling good for months amd last week pain came back and hit me quite intensely.

hows paragon been? Do you feel more tired and hungry on it?
Asking because thats been my experience.
Today was only my 2nd loop since I restarted Paragon, but I concur Paragon makes me feel a bit tired and hungry too…
Also it makes me feel very relaxed and somewhat stoned, in a good way.
Im feeling very relaxed and happy 5 minutes after listening… its great for relaxation and melting stress away…

Do you think paragon would help with a herniated disk?
Yes it will help speeding up the recovery, but make shure you do proper treatment, like a kinesiologist.
Both together are a lot more powerful.
Paragon reduces pain and inflamation, kinesiology realign your posture. Paragon helps the new posture to stick.
Paragon also gave me a lot of self awareness of my posture and the behaviours that were bad for my lower back… I found myself autoadjusting a lot.

Interesting.
I had some sessions with a physiotherapist but the pain was lindered for one or two days max.
Too much pressure on a nerv.
Started some exercises to straighten the spine and hanging on a pull up bar to reduce the pressure a bit

Last night I had such a weird dream…
I arrived to a big old house in the city that somehow was related to my family, even though Ive never seen it before. When I knocked on the door a 60 years old woman opened up and recognized who I was and knew about my family, as she welcomed me in, she told me the house was haunted with more than a hundred entities and she also told me that all of them left as soon as I went in, except for one, the most powerful one.
She continued explaining that the boss entity would leave only after speaking to me… we sat down in the living room so she could hypnotize me and I could channel the entity to speak with it… suddenly a girl I dated a couple of times years ago was sitting in the living room to watch the exorcism, she was very reluctant and skeptical.
The old woman hypnotized me and as I was going deeper, I started to emanate white light from my chest, the more I breathed… the bigger and brighter the light became… until the whole house was shinning in bright, white light. Then the entity started talking through me and I spoke back having a dialog, cant remember what the conversation was all about, but there was something that the entity needed to have resolution and I was the only one who can enable the process for it to leave the house and find peace…
After it was all over the girl was not longer skeptical and went outside with me to buy something on the shop next door, then she told me she believes to be possessed and ask for my help… I looked deeply into her eyes and gave her a hug… letting all the light flood her… she started orgasming wildly, her whole body trembling and the look on her face was pure orgasmic pleasure… as soon as the process was finished, the dream stopped.

Since monday Ive been working pretty intensely giving workshops, but really all I want is to lay in bed or just relax. It might be the sedative state Paragon induces in me.
Feeling kind of tired and unmotivated, but Im not saying its Paragons or recons blame… its because I experienced lots of pain and inflamation, of course the body needs a lot of enery, resources and rest to deal with that properly. I have to say this crisis was very short lived, Paragon helped a lot with speeding that up.

Have you tried the Feldenkrais Method? I forgot to tell you about it the other day, but that helped me a whole lot.

No, just googlet it, never heard of it before.
My physiotherapist did some Rolfing in one session that felt good afterwards.

With this I completed 3 and a half cycles of Genesis (I started on may 21). I feel Im in a plateau with it, but now Im starting a washout, so lets see what happens.
I have a couple of free days so I did a full loop of Paragon. I have the time to rest as needed.

Wash out day#1
The amount of emotional energy being processed inside out since yesterday has been pretty intense.
Mostly anger and self loathing mixed with quite intense lower back pain… the pain triggers more anger.

Washout day#2
Feeling pretty good today… everything’s running at a slow, peaceful pace.
Pain has decreased significantly, I only feel a mild sore, like after doing exercise.
I have some sort of a void when it comes to my next stack… Paragon or my Paragon-Elixir custom is the only clear idea… Well thats how washouts usually are for me

About a 3rd title… I dont know, Ive been using 2 titles and that seems to work best for me, 3 can be overwhelming.

What a dream I had last night… a huge earthquake striked in the middle of the night while I was in an apartment with other people… first instinct was to protect the TV lol… then I worried about my girlfriend who was sleeping and at that exact moment she came out of the bedroom and huged me. I told her I missed her a lot.
The earthquake was different as in the earth rotated left to right and right to left, like it was looking for a new balance, a new equilibrium.
The sky was black at first, then during the earthquake it was painted with red-orange and purple.
As soon as it was over I thought about my father and we started running to see him, he was in another apartment in the 1st floor, but I woke up before reaching there…
The overall feeling of the dream was one of calmness and learning to recognize whats really important.
Purple

Now that I think about it, I had another dream in wich I was trying to get together with my father, but woke up before that.

Its been a rough couple of nights… lots of intense and weird dreams, waking up like 5 or 6 times during the night, not good rest at all.
During the day RoM seems to give me a pretty relaxed attitude and a calm mind.
