I totally just looked into qigong in my area because of this!
I’ve had a long time interest, but procrastinated in a sense.
I’m almost finished my yoga teacher training and feel this would be something really good to add under my belt even for my own healing purposes.

Ive reach a point in which Im allowing it to happen, The pain is mostly gone and I can only feel some discomfort if I have to sit down for a long time, but Im already doing excercise.
I listened to my Paragon-Elixir custom for I think 3 cycles and I plan to listen to it again in a couple cycles more with Khan Black.
What helped me the most was:
Paragon-Elixir
Hypnosis
Qigong (Spring Forest)
At the moment and for a while I stopped feeling the need for healing and I started to feel like breathing in and living my life.
Surely when I go back into Paragon-Elixir, more layers are gonna be revealed and resolved.

Have you explored myofascial yoga?
Getting into the fascial lines and meridian work within yoga is quite powerful & Healing.
Block therapy is something quite helpful too. (Fluid isometrics)
Like I said yesterday, it sounds like you’re dealing surrendering to the process at work.
Resting in the sabbath, like Neville Goddard explains.

Any specific emotions you have had the most difficulty with transmuting?
I dont know if its diffucult for me to transmute, but disappointment is the one I keep “forgeting” to deal with.

Havent post in a while, but Ive been through emotional hell. Fears, Sadness and lots of Anger being manifested and processed during this week.
It came to a point in which anything my girlfriend did or said triggered me. I didnt want to get out of bed, didnt wanna work or anything really…
We had a couple of fights, but everything is ok now.
Now the storm seems to be over, but still have some head overheating.

I was finishing my loop of Wanted and felt I dont want it anymore… Im pretty close to ending this cycle so Im gonna keep it till Im done.
Im thinking about Chosen and Genesis for the next cycle.

I think I understand now how ZP works (at least for me) and why jumping stacks/titles is not useful, but a long time commitment is.
Im gonna leave some images to inspire myself to write about it tomorrow and not forget the stream of consciousness Im recieving… yet Im still downloading.

Now that Im getting close to the end of this 2nd Wanted cycle Im noticing no real reason to keep using it.
Genesis on the other hand has a lot to give me yet.

Day#19
Genesis × 11:11 minutes.
Ive stopped listening to Wanted a couple of days ago… that gives me a 10 day wanted washout till I start the next cycle.
For the next cycle I want more Genesis… my other choices are EoG st1 (not sure yet because of what RV said), Divine Diamond and LBfH.
Lets see how it all unfolds…

Im in the process of getting clarity of where I am in this Genesis trip… Im confident that Im no longer where I was at the beginning, but not too shure yet where I am at the moment. I do feel the inner waves taking me somewhere nicer.

Last day of the cycle…
Genesis × 11:11 minutes.
I started Genesis in the 11th day of the previous cycle, so actually Ive been running it for 1 1/2 cycles.
Im still undecided of what to listen in the next one alongside Genesis. I guess during washout its gonna become obvious.
