Just was ill and was blowing my nose and it happened
It can happen if you blow your nose too hard

Getting good results
My eardrum has healed rather good id say a couple days until 100% healed
I really like this old paragon i plan on sticking to this for the rest of my life tbh im not discrediting the new one but this already does the trick

My suggestion is, dont be overly concerned about the wierd dreams. It’s normal part of subconscious processing and helpful / healthy.
Resisting them could present more of an issue. Hope you don’t mind my input. Let me know if you prefer I remove this.

Im just wondering if my washout was too little
I had a 43 day long cycle and was noticng some overload symptons towards the end gorey dream,speech a little slurred and results stopped so took a 4 day washout hope it was enough
