Iv decided to take a 3 day washout and revert back to phone speakers for whatever reason i dont get results on headphones or not much that i can notice anyway
Can I ask what the difference in results are for you with speakers?
Are they good?
I can tell you’re in a lot of recon but I do think you’re about to go through a significant growth period

I actually get noitcible results on phone speakers.
Maybe im not getting results with headphones because of the recon i got and a 3 day washout would help get me the results again,but im not interested in trying that out again,im just gonna go with the process i know gave me results even if not optimal
As long as phone speakers can give 100% of the subliminals results its fine by me

Perhaps this is why i wasnt seeing results with headphones?,i was probably in a state of recon and needed a washout,so ill give headphones 1 last try
But i dont want to risk it lol because phone speakers is a method i know that works
