I was listening to my spartan+paragon custom via phone speakers for like a week and was doing effortless nofap but then i switched to headphones and listened too loud wich caused recon in the form of anxiety and anger then relapsed 3 days in a row

I hope someday they can add some affirmations to the script when your body starts buzzing upon listening to the subliminal so you know for a fact its working,as sometimes its like im just listening to noise and it leade me to overthink,please take this into considerarion @AnswerGroup

Relapsed again today,not sure why this is happening unless headphones are giving me less results or its just lingering recon

I frankly do not know what on earth is going on,ever since i switched to headphones it seems like my results have worsened or stalled i listen with £20 non noise cancelling stereo headphones via bluetooth
I listen at the lowest audible volume at wich i can completely hear the mask wich is 2 clicks above 0

Seems like the first day in wich i got headphones and i listened too loudly it went downhill
Ill try to stick with this untill the end of the cycle though and see what happens
