One thing I would encourage you to consider is that testosterone might not be the only thing to focus on to optimize testosterone levels. I think cortisol and testosterone compete in the body. So perhaps lowering cortisol would help. However, I would wonder if other hormones might compete or complement regarding testosterone.
Tentative conclusion: This might be complicated.
