well i still relapsed despite the spartan in my custom this time which is weird as usually spartan gets rid of my desire to pmo

am i listening too quiet? it cant be that either because i could hear the subliminal and as far as i know as long as you can hear the water trickling your good
i just don’t know why I’m not getting the same results this time, hopefully another loop will sort this out
My next options are either increase the click by 1 and listen 4 clicks from 0 or take a rest day listen again and see what happens

No it doesnt make sense it should work only listening 3 minutes on low volume that i can still hear so i should be getting results
Have noticed a mouth ulcer wich is wierd as when usually listening to paragon i dont have a mouth ulcer
Why did i get the mouth ulcer when i dropped the volume and listen my custom again? Doesnt make any sense only possible explanation is if results are a little slower because of the custom
Mouth ulcers are common. You can get them just by eating hard candy. Not everything HAS to be the result of subliminal use, everyone.

Not saying your wrong but let me tell you something, i usually am a person with not so good health and diet so having mouth ulcers is common for me,but every time i use paragon i straight away notice how i dont get mouth ulcers,an issue i dealt with most my life,
But when i use it in a custom with spartan it came back so i saw it as a sign of slowed or stalled results but now that i dropped the custom and resumed listening paragon solo again just a 3 minute loop and 2 ulcers healed in 2 nights.

How do you manage to listen both titles 15 min without much recon?
Do you listen on headphones? What volume?
I am considering using even lower clicks like 1-3 clicks from 0 on phone speaker i know people usually do that on headphonew but this morning listening 3 clicks from 0 had me feeling some good sensations
Nevermind 5 clicks from 0 ill choose
Listened an extra 7 minutes of paragon so today its a total of 15 min paragon
Also listening to genesis mogul 15 min
Day after and no results to report wich is a dissappiointment,dont know why as its not like i have major recon didnt have nightmares just vivis dreams
I think ill just switch to headphones
