Subconscious processing

There are quite a few threads on this topic already.

Sunwise QL is helping to process subliminal input faster, also modules like Pragya.

At most what I’ve seen is: Follow the listening schedule (don’t listen too much, take breaks) and Meditation.

Meditation I agree on (ofc, follow the instructions), it can be both a way to silence inputs, to have a more focused mind and to develop energy. All that can help to enhance processing.

Otherwise there isn’t really much written here. Maybe it’s just a more abstract topic that would be more appropriate after someone has listened to QL, L or Singularity. But it’s something that’s been on my mind regardless, especially now after I feel like I’ve solved recon (at least for myself).

I do hope it goes without saying that sleeping enough, and eating well is helpful.

Processing is internal (thoughts, emotions, beliefs) movement.

Remove everything in your life that interferes with that kind of movement. For most people, these are emotional/avoidant coping mechanisms. For example, if emotions are avoided, then they’re not moved and processed. Stay away from pornography, doom scrolling, social media mindlessness, entertainment binges, etc.

The fastest way to speed up processing in my experience, is to actively get out of your comfort zone and focusing on your goals, while being intimate with your internal processes (thoughts, emotions, beliefs).

Journaling helps facilitate internal movement. Breathwork, meditation, etc all also help with processing. For example: In a meditative state, people allow their thoughts to naturally flow without judgement.

I would say that processing is not something you “improve” or “boost”, it’s more about removing what impedes the flow. Be exploratory and intimate with your internal processes, in a manner that’s forward moving.

@Parsifal is right, there are a lot of threads on the topic. A lot of the information is scattered across different threads.

The Increase Flow Factor thread had Saint and Joussaince discussing with Starman, with other people sharing their input as well, around their recommended techniques. Here are two of the key posts that stood out to me that were non sectarian.

On the same thread, you also had Malkuth, Brandon, Invictus and SwedishBuddha sharing their experiences, among others. Increasing flow factor requires minimizing reconciliation by either bypassing it or healing what causes it, so there’s a lot to mine on this thread depending on what you’re looking for (there’s Buddhist specific stuff, energy work, general psychological advice, and other different plans of attack). Pick what works for you.

On other topics which have spoken about aiding recon, the Paragon Sleep and Paragon Complete threads have posts from different individuals who indicated that either getting better sleep or using Paragon for healing aided in their processing. This may or may not work for you. RoD also has the entire script of Paragon Sleep within it as an alternative if you don’t have one of the other two.

Others have found the TRE exercises or Vagus nerve stimulation very helpful for their processing (these techniques will help in releasing past trauma so you have more “processing space” and less acting against the new suggestions). Each of these has their own threads. For me, I’ve personally found chanting or humming to be helpful, as prolonged use of this stimulates the vagus nerve and generates endogenous nitric oxide in the system which will boost circulation. Anything that promotes communication between different parts of your being such as circulatory, nervous system (eg via vagus nerve), conscious breathing, or hemispheric synchronisation / integration, physical exercise, exercises to train your brain to use both sides of your body like writing with both hands, all of this will improve your ability to bring old stuff to the surface and release it, or “process” it.

If you can stomach spiritual practices from different traditions, look for those that combine these ideas. One popular technique by my guru combines all of these into a meditation starting with deep chaotic breathing for seven minutes, moving into humming for seven minutes, and then proceeding to spending a minute each per chakra/nerve plexus in full awareness of only it, visualising it as pure and full of bliss, before moving on to a witnessing state of consciousness where all of this breathwork and visualisation is allowed to percolate through the body-mind complex and release. There is also the catharisis technique of focus on the solar plexus for some time followed by yelling and unloading in nonsense language for an extended period to clear especially issues affecting the will.

These are just a few examples to start with. You can also try keywords in Google with site:subliminalclub.com or site:subliminalresults.com to search archived forum posts or marketing copy for the different subs to find content that addresses different techniques.

I had these saved, after seeing them on this forum, and wanted to try them

Let’s start with an idea that one should really understand to get the best out of subliminal audio: It is conscious action that drives results, not just the independent working of the subconscious mind.

Easiest way to improve subconscious processing is to take conscious action toward your goals related to the title. The subconscious and conscious minds work as one. There’s no reprogramming the subconscious without conscious participation.

Instead of thinking of them as two different entities, think of them as a unified whole with two sub-functions that operates in different manners. The subconscious operates within the abstract, the conscious mind brings the abstract into form—which we experience as conscious thought. The actions of the conscious mind then influences the subconscious mind. The two act (or are attempting to act) as a whole.

Recon is the natural byproduct of introducing new ideas that the mind is not familiar with, and thus the subconscious does exactly what its supposed to do do—attempt to ensure survival by sending up a danger signal that things have changed. It seems to do this the induce the conscious mind into a state where one can consciously resolve the issue.

Through repetition of action, the conscious mind reshapes the expectations of the subconscious mind and you experience less recon regarding that issue.

Thus the recon cycle is essentially the concept of “thesis + antithesis = synthesis.” To resolve recon quicker and enhance subliminal processing, conscious participation is absolutely necessary.

In many cases, subconscious processing can be enhanced through intense physical action like exercise. Intense, repetitive action like punching the heavy bag where the individual is simply working out and letting their mind roam freely without judgment seems to have the side effect of “softening” the “gate,” or a function of the mind that translates the activity of the subconscious into conscious awareness and vice versa. When this gate is “softened,” the seemingly disparate parts of the mind begins to operate as a whole and thus processing is increased.

Meditation seems to have the same effect, though it can be more intense, since in most people, the moment you attempt to “soften” the gate (which actually seems to start the moment you close your eyes for a prolonged time), the conscious mind is flooded with intrusive thoughts, and if the individual holds themselves in this state of self-reflection without moving, the emotions build up and burst out in a rather intense manner (like sobbing). It’s a more cataclysmic form of recon resolution, but a resolution nonetheless.

And thus it can be inferred that life itself is essentially “recon,” as the outer and inner lives (and its reflection in the mind — the conscious and subconscious) are constantly trying to harmonize and operate as one, and this process is what leads to the state of inner disharmony that leads one to even try something like subliminal audio (or another self-help modality) in the first place.

So how does one resolve recon and improve subconscious processing? In the same exact never as you would speed up results in any aspect of your life that doesn’t involve subliminal audio. Action, repetition and understanding.

Thank you Saint for sharing these very valuable insights and explaining some of these background mechanics.

Does this mean that I can accelerate the process of synthesis by consciously talking to my own subconscious mind?

Does this mean that I can accelerate the process of synthesis by consciously imagining the results and thus send signals to my own subconscious mind that the new input is indeed the “new and safe reality that we need to shift to asap”?

Would consciously talking to my own subconscious mind and showing it pictures of “the new me” and the “desired lifestyle” be a type of “action taking”?

Thank you.

This explains why Alchemist Singularity is a manifestation booster.

Less inner conflicting ideas means less units of “thesis + antithesis” to process.

I am interested to hear how you define or approach that word subconscious.

In my understanding, even the term subconscious should be done away with, since it does not help to define the aspects of being that are being implied when it is being worked with. The word itself is a modern invention and a by-product of the unsuccessful attempts to explain the altered states of consciousness that were produced in mesmerism which led to modern hypnosis and psychology.

This seems to be a view of consciousness somewhat akin to Huxley’s “reducing valve” model, the psychic censor model or the idea that there is some part of the brain that determines whether we get to see all the megabits of information being shunted around by the subconscious. Do you really believe in such a trivial, materialistic model of consciousness? If its just a convenient methodology of telling a story about why physical exercise can help, I get it, but I just find it difficult to believe you would be able to write titles like RoS or Alchemist without having a more nuanced understanding of the big C. I mean, granted, even science today cannot tell us when consciousness enters the body prior to birth (or even whether it does or not), but even so, in the spirit of the correlation is not causation mantra of science and logical thinking, the neurological activity does not equal the lived experience, as hundreds of thousands of NDE’s have demonstrated.

Maybe this is a personal type of experience, limited to individuals with a particular relationship to their mind and body? I can certainly say that in all my time working with the mind, this has never happened to me.

It sounds to me like what you are trying to describe here is the common wave particle duality, the fact that a pattern is only perceived as concrete when we observe it. In the Shaivite system, the wave particle duality is present in the Shiva-Shakti relationship, where neither can be separated from the other and one is intelligence/awareness, the other energy/activity. Shakti leads to Shiva but is not Shiva, yet it is very difficult to separate the two. It is a problem of the observer based reality, where everything is inter-related and inter-connected in reality but we describe things from the point of view of the individual monad, something which in reality does not exist separately from its environment. This is part of why it’s so difficult for people to normally wrap their heads around the idea of unity.

Since we’re have a discussion here, I figured I would share this video I found of Yuval Noah Harari (the motherWEFer) talking about vipassana, just to further break peoples expectations of reality.

If this guy who has been so vilified due to his controversial stances on humans being “hackable animals” can find value in vipassana, and yet he does not go far enough despite crediting it with helping him to write his many books, he fails to go beyond basic human psychology, what does that tell you? Maybe number one he is not the mastermind villain people make him out to be, and number two this demonstrates how important it is for us to go beyond our typical boxes, especially those bounds of thought prescribed by “authority figures”.

This seems to be the main factor that we should be working towards, immediate after reading this, I started doing a form of meditation where I let my mind wander to whatever it wants and results seem way promising than before.

I love the two books I read from him. So much food for thought. He really thinks outside the box. I have no idea why he should be considered a villain?

Some people do have that perspective and I have seen it communicated, mainly due to that 3 letter organisation or forum he is associated with. Ironically this is in itself an example of thinking inside boxes and not seeing shades of color. There is also the very unfortunate hackable animals quote, and his passion for nano-technology and trans-humanism, which are controversial topics especially due to things that happened in the last 4 or 5 years.

I shared the video because those two topics of trans-humanism and vipassana are almost opposite poles, contained within the same paradoxical human being. The one tries to go beyond the body and unite it with machines, the other tries to reintegrate all the fragmented parts of the body that the mind has become disconnected from.

Dualistic thought would consider in most cases that you have to to subscribe to one of these views only, but not both. Yet here is an example of the universe entertaining both notions simultaneously in the mind of a human. When I said it would break some peoples expectations of reality, I meant reductionist or dualist/binary perceptions.

Personally, I think the reason he can entertain both is that he’s only speaking on a very surface level about the practice in this video, and it’s possible especially given what he said that he plateaued in the practice at a point where it helped give him additional energy and focus, but never went beyond that, so the core existential conflicts don’t arise. But this in itself is also an example of nuance, as it is possible to take a practice or belief system and only take it so far, but give yourself that label, and then peoples perception of that label will assume a specific level of competency which differs from person to person. A lot of this has to do with how our brains store information.

I actually saw a very cool video recently on the Mandela Effect that was giving a suggestion for some types of manifestations of this phenomenon which works on exactly this type of principle, how the brain remembers or stores information can be shaped by our past experience and cause differences in memory recall as a result.

I find these types of blind spots that people develop fascinating, partly I suppose because my core love/value is truth, and so I spend a lot of time studying how it can be distorted, and how the pure consciousness can be distorted by what we believe.

So in theory, wouldn’t subs like Elixr(a few cycles of) make all the others work better?

that’s what happened for me, yes, especially with getting less recon.

That’s also why stage 1 of all the multistagers is healing

I don’t think people should be obsessed with “healing journeys” but I have always ran a cycle of a healing title here and there, at least a couple times a year, to shake things up and reset my subconscious, and it always is a long term boon

Would Saint Germain’s violet flame help burn karma?
I know of a YouTube video that is a kind of guided prayer to do for 21 days. It promises to burn karma and transmute energy. It involves a process that involves all the chakras.

Ummm…

When @SaintSovereign said:

I don’t think he quite meant a fruitcake channelled new age practice involving praying to a fictitious immortal ascended master and visualizing specially colored flames magically “burning” away your karma.

But hey, if that’s your “thang”, knock yourself out  :joy::crazy_face: I personally wouldn’t be expecting any improvement in subliminal results from it though.

Probably not, but it gives you peace of mind.
I’ll test it. If I don’t find any more signs of recognition in the future, you’ll know…
Regards :fist_right: :fist_left:

Wouldn’t that make things so much easier, “burning” your karma by watching a YouTube video.

Sure would be the life.

Brother you produce trickling water audio files that change people’s lives. How do you think this fact sounds to someone that doesn’t understand subliminal technology?

Karma is nothing other than patterns of behavior, so obviously any form of key positive input through subliminal audio or inspirational talk or anything else can impact and change behavior in a positive manner, ie. “burn karma”.

Saying a ‘YouTube video’ can’t change your life is ignorant, whatever the content is, as you and StSovereign keep reminding people here, the power is within the individual, not whatever tool is used, so whether it’s what you consider a fantasy story or solid scientific facts, if it helps the individual get in touch with their own power and let go of negativity in their life then so be it, no need to discredit or look down on something different than your belief system allows you to perceive or understand, this type of behavior will only slow down your expansion.

There’s a lot of things many human beings in this present state of evolution cannot perceive in the reality around them, but many can, let’s not be monkeys laughing at anything we can’t comprehend, a lot of people actually can perceive and are aware of these things just like this Violet flame and St Germain example, it’s not because you think it’s fantasy and doesn’t exist that it makes it an absolute fact, heck you even have a Remote Viewing and Astral Projection subliminal, I understand we all draw the line somewhere when it comes to what we can’t perceive and what we’re ready to believe but we’re smart enough to know that this line only grows one way and it’s expanding.

I had to give my opinion on this because it’s too sad to see this type of attitude coming from the founder of a company that is here to help people better their lives, and again it’s not targeting you directly Fire or I’m not trying to start any kind of esoteric argument, to each their own belief or disbelief.

I’m voicing my concerns over a widespread attitude towards judging things we don’t agree with or understand, so I hope my perspective can help everyone keep an open mind in general.
