One simple meditation that is designed to do exactly what saint suggested, “burn karma”, is Vipassana… but all vipassana is is a non-reactive body-scan.
You feel one part of your body at a time, noticing the sensations that arise, trying not to change them, not to react to them, just to notice them.
If they’re pleasurable, don’t linger, don’t lean into them.
If they’re painful, don’t leave too quickly, don’t run away from them.
You could do a body scan, but even easier is picking one spot of the body and watching the sensations that arise and fall there while you meditate. Usually either the entire stomach/core region so that you can notice how breathing, which is outside of your control, effects the sensations there, or you could choose the feet, which are a nice focal point, very sensitive, with many small bones to explore as you gain more heightened levels of focus.
Breathwork is also amazing at releasing negative energy stored in the body. The most effective ones are 4-7-8’s for relaxation, and the Wim Hof Method for energy increases.
For the 4-7-8, simply inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8, repeat.

Definitely safe, and probably the reason why I have such a high flow factor. Spent a LOT of time at those retreats, and now I’m like one loop of inner circle and manifesting celebrities. People don’t appreicate the amount of work that went into that.
And since it’s just bodily sensations, no crazy energy manipulation like kundalini, nothing to worry about. It’s as simple as noticing the breath.
Now if you were to go in and manipulate the body or energy, yeah, that’s totally different, but we’re just talking about noticing and letting go of attachment.
There’s also a module… maybe everpresent, or the other similar one, that actually directly references Vipassana, so I think it’s DEFINITELY something subclub knows about and thinks there is a positive connection.
I meditated with a certain level of mindfulness with my stacks every morning (masked) up till around the original ZP release and it’s one of the most simple boosts for the zults I’ve seen in my personal experience.
I would argue though another trap people can get into wich is even worse is the trap of being controlled by nofap.
If you look at people on places like nofap its kind of insane how much they are controlled by porn, their entire day becomes around fighting the urges and how many days they are from their last porn session.
Even when theyre a few months clean, they are far more controlled by porn than most people that actually watch it.
It is all about balance.
I think I experienced this one night when I was out in a club in Bali. Other nights there so fun and felt happiness and people smiled at me and showed friendliness. Even some would come up to me on dancefloor and offer a sip of their drinks…
Girls wanted me and fellas wanted to hang to.
But this one particular night was different, and just not the same. I realise how that with the others I was in more of a flow state, no preoccupation. I tend to not go out with agendas now of meeting someone special or to get love.
However I was craving a bit and wondered how come not the attention tonight, like on all the others.
It didnt upset me but did make me feel a little sad. And was tempted to feel rejection then, but I resisted that.
Other lessons in that night for me (:
Dont go out with agendas or to make connections, it’s fine to be social, not over the top. Just chill, let go, enjoy yourself and the music, DJ… Dont go looking for attention. Whatever you do be ok with it and good with yourself. As far as it doesnt harm you or others. And dont judge yourself. It’s not that you must do what others are doing or be someone else who your not.
Once your in the flow state it all just unfolds, no need to try and force it. If connections happen and you meet someone special then great. If not then that is fine to. You’ll find each other if it’s meant to be.
If people aren’t gelling with you or you them it doesnt mean your not likeable or loveable. It just means theyre not the ones for you and your not the one for them.
People who watch porn all the time have bigger problems than the porn itself. I don’t think it’s healthy to focus on quitting like they do on nofap. Porn is definitely trash though, better off not watching it but I’d agree that I would rather watch it every once in a while then not think about it, rather than obsess over quitting it everyday.
