I was doing a bit of exercise now that I feel better from the flu. During exercise I noticed that Ive been focusing a little too much in developing areas of my life that even though are important, thay are working very good on their own. While others equally important Ive been neglecting, they are not flowing nearly as good as they could.

That makes those areas more urgent.

Areas to focus on:

Money/Work
Excercise/Physical Health/Strength

So its coming to shape…

Continuing Stark seems the obvious choice for money and work.
Spartan for Strength and overall physical health.

Something tells me that a title like Love Bomb or Chosen could be the perfect glue for the other 2, to generate a stronger feeling of love towards me and what I have to give.

From your original post, I did not understand why you dropped Spartan with all the good results it gave you. May I ask, do you think Spartan helped you in other areas of your life (thanks to its will strengthening, the mind body connection, etc)? Did Spartan add joy in your life by making working out a priority?

Me neither…
Now being serious, I did 4 cycles of Spartan and it seemed good enough at the time. So I chose to focus on other things… now a couple of months after, I feel I have much more to gain from Spartan.

Yes it definitely helped me in other areas of my life, a better self image, more confidence. The more you like the way you look, the more you like your body, the more you express that confidence when you move through the world.
My girlfriend likes me better too, she says she loves me anyway no matter how I look and I believe her. The thing is love and attraction are not the same thing and she is way more attracted now.

About the joy part… well it does feel really good to go through your percieved limitations on a mental and emotional level, but when you notice going further physically it feels way better, because it does requiere more time and effort.
I would love to see that mentality generalize more to other areas of my life… maybe a couple more cycles of Spartan with Stark will acomplish that.

That’s great. I was looking for a sub to help with working out because the (rare) time I work out I get that endorphins high where you feel the most baddass. And the will strengthening that the salespage describes can be of use to manage my work related stress.

I mean now you have something that you knows work for you, i.e Spartan. It’s part of your toolbox and nobody can take that away from you

@Martin Spartan was a total surprise for me… I never thought it would work as fast and as deep as it did.
Im not exaggerating when I say its been one of the fastest acting, deeper changing subs Ive used.

Ive had a long and complicated on and off relationship with exercise and with me percieving myself as physically weak, as long as I can remember.

Since I started Spartan somewhere around december 21 or january 22… a day without exercise is a day I feel that something is missing, exercising is now part of who I am… Ive gonne through every limiting belief that appeard on the road and kept going. Now my body looks and feels different, not yet what I plan for myself, but different enough so now I have the conviction that I will get there.

Will strengthening is definitely a Spartan result… and endorphins high… well many times I just have to lay down in bed after workout, totally high.

Once it washes out completely, however, the level of positivity and freedom that will flow into your life is incredible. I personally want to do another cycle of CFW, but the business definitely suffered while I ran it for around six months. I’m thinking of rewriting it using the new scripting method in Chosen: The Way of Nature, which may reduce the recon significantly while keeping the results the same.

Lots of positivity and freedom is just what I need for Stark/Spartan starting in 1 week from now.

Now Im on day 18 of my stack and currently listening to Heartsong and Stark. I plan to end up this friday and take a 3 day washout.

Then Spartan and Stark with Chosen or CFW… Im still not decided, but getting more and more inclined to CFW.

About my custom now that I see it again, Im feeling desire to build it anyway, but maybe after a couple of cycles more…

I still havent recover my full breathing capacity, Im very congested and my chest feels compressed, so Im doing a very reduced version of my excercise routine.

100 push ups
15 minutes jumping rope.

That way I dont end up totally wasted for the lack of proper breathing and at the same time I get enough satisfaction for excercising.

Well I feel recovered from the flu, Stark and Heartsong are making me feel so good about myself and life. Add to that a lot of feel good neuro chemicals from exercising and a cool song.

Im at awe at the beauty of life!

With the previous version I was very enthusiastic, but something wasnt quite right… When I understood some things about where I am and where I want to move to, I did some changes and it began to feel perfect.

Ascension Chamber just kills me… 1 loop a week and I automatically go into overload. Lots of head pressure.

To be honest I dont see any improved results from using it till now, been using it for 2 months… maybe its time to put it to rest for a while.

I just had the realization that I live in an alternate reality that is pretty different from the one almost all people inhabit.
Its not the first time this happens, but its happening more often lately.
Its not a rational conclusion that I understand logically… its a glimpse into something else, some other dimension… it only last for a couple of seconds, but its very vivid, very tangible.
