Daily Thoughts - Bad start for the month but made the most out of it in the afternoon. I’m supposed to be asleep now yet here we are. I’ll just do something productive and wait for sleep then hopefully reset my bioclock in the coming days.

Daily Thoughts - I’m back. QnB performance declined as expected after more than a month hiatus but still stayed at level 3. I have to be really mindful moving forward. Like micro mindful or I will lose each of my good habits again and slip gradually without noticing.

Daily Thoughts - With QnB I feel more energetic and focused even with fewer sleep hours. I also just cleaned my room so less dust is definitely noticeable. Studied some CBT neuroscience today and realized how crucial neurotransmitters are. Key takeaways so far are my diet for tyrosine which produces dopamine and norepinephrine, and the role of exercise for serotonin which regulates mood and sleep. Good habits are synergistic. I must always remember this.

Emotions - 5/10 Sudden depression because of an extraneous event but applied coping techniques of CBT so it evened out

Daily Thoughts - Late entry. I’m fine now. Sleep and exercise while focusing on better things help a lot. CBT primarily emphasizes behavior because it is observable and measurable but I think thoughts and emotions are just as important, perhaps more from a differing angle. They are an intertwined trio that are codependent of each other.

Sleep - 8/10 Slept a bit late and woke up earlier than expected. Not as seamless as I would have liked but no signs of lethargy.
Daily Routine - 10/10 Did everything.

Emotions - 10/10 Purposeful and recovered.

Daily Thoughts - Simplified my system again and used my preset Pomodoro alarms. I dropped it at some point and the decline began. My 10-year plan is also clearer than ever. I have 2 bachelor’s degrees in mind and 3 masters to pursue but I designed it so each milestone can stand on its own and I can stop chasing the rest without feeling incomplete. I might also consider a PhD, but the diminishing returns and opportunity cost do not make it that appealing. These are just for the extra fulfillment and impact aspects of my life. I’m still mindful of my current hustle. Never planning to an employee. Self-employed and/or entrepreneur for life.

Daily Thoughts - Spent more time on visualization, forecasting, and streamlining instead of executing certain tasks. It’s fine though because my research was more fruitful than normal. I have a lot on my plate though. Self-actualization is multifaceted, and I must remind myself that this should be good enough for now.
