Daily Thoughts - Started good but fell off after eating some junk food. My bad. Just listening to my subs right now instead of first thing in the morning. I’ll finish some earthly tasks before today ends so they don’t carry tomorrow at least. I’ll just get right back on track. I’m still mindful of what I’m supposed to be doing thankfully.

Emotions - 9/10 Awesome but a bit tired towards the end

Daily Thoughts - Sleep is not the end of the day but the beginning of tomorrow. If yesterday was waking up on the wrong side then today is waking up on the right side of the bed so I knew it would be a great day.

Daily Thoughts - Was able to workout properly again. I hope to sleep for longer. I’ll use earplugs again. That seemed to helped yesterday.

Daily Thoughts - Met a few less fortunate students and felt sad for their apparent lack of comprehension. Sometimes we are reminded of things that come naturally to us that we take for granted.

Sleep - 5/10 Bioclock shifted again. I just wish for a full 8 hrs sleep no matter the time.

Emotions - 9/10 Pleased overall. Pondering

Daily Thoughts - Added preparation for future formal education to my schedule. It certainly doesn’t make things easier, but I’m following my heart now. I won’t abandon my current projects though. I’ll just make time for it somehow.

Daily Thoughts - Too much attention hopping. Got carried away. Really have to be mindful of just one task at a time. Fun fact: Warren Buffet obtained a Masters in Economics at Columbia University. Always thought he had an MBA.

Daily Thoughts - Still have room for improvement. I couldn’t get myself to workout for some reason. Should be asleep by now. Gotta wake up early tomorrow.

Daily Thoughts - Thought about too many things in the future again. Even explored what my third hypothetical masters would be when I don’t even have one yet. I have to keep reminding myself to be mindful in the present. Time blindess issue as well without my hourly alarms.

I forgot the image I assigned to it which is FioNa. My mind only came up with PHoNe and FuNny and of course, I couldn’t retrieve what I did not encode so it was futile. I just stopped there.
