Daily Thoughts - Not much to say. Just grateful for each day. I have my self-talk script as background music and it seems to work. I think it is a good long-term complement to my subs.

Daily Thoughts - Laundry and other meetings etc. I no longer feel resistance or negotiating with myself on small things. I just do them. I hope to maintain this permanently. Ran through several watch later vids during waiting times. My self-talk playlist is on repeat by default and I like the effects so far even if it’s just a few days. Life has never been more clear and I can’t wait to manifest all the things I’ve planned step by step.

Daily Thoughts - My “morning routine” took close to 4 hours, a bit too long. I have to reduce it to 3 hrs tops or lower. Rediscovered Habitica and started itemizing everything there. I have to reduce inefficiencies as close to zero. Great day overall.

Daily Thoughts - Habitica is very effective. I’m always on my toes so I don’t lose hp on several micro bad habits. I never realized I could optimize my day more. Very satisfied with today’s outcome even though I ran out of juice towards the end.
