Daily Thoughts - Happy with my Habitica accounting. I just add to my schedule and follow everything. Multitasking and other bad habits have been reduced drastically.

Sleep - 4/10 Too short. Woke up abruptly idk why. Must be because of the heavy rain

Action - 9/10 Some initial resistance and rationalization why I can’t workout and do my morning walk

Daily Thoughts - Terrible start but pushed through. I like how I tend to just do things without much deliberation and procrastination anymore.

Daily Thoughts - Had to nap midday because sleepiness overtook me. Just have to sleep now and bounce back tomorrow.

Daily Thoughts - Just went through the motions. Lacked vitality and I noticed the difference. Sleep really is key. I hope I get a deep one after I have dinner.

Daily Thoughts - Day started well despite the delay. I guess my stomach is so used to eating light with salads and/or fasting that I can’t handle too many carbs. If I remember correctly, digestion is the most taxing activity for the body after all.

Daily Thoughts - Stayed at Q4B for 90% of today’s QnB session. The scores were noticeably higher as well. Waned towards the end maybe due to fatigue but this gives me hope as I was stuck at Q3B for quite some time now. Gotta sleep earlier today.
