May Piper’s beautiful soul rest in peace.
And yes you will meet her again. You are a Seraphim after all .

That means the world to me Lion Heart
Sept 22.
DRR4/RMV2- 1 min each.
Rereading the book The Journey’s of Socrates by Dan Millman. This quote is near the start of the book.
I have a sad story to tell, and a happy one.
In the end, you may find that they are one and the same,
for the bitter and the sweet each has its season, alternating like day and night, even now as I pass through the twilight hours…
From Socrates Journal.
May you also find peace at this time.
Slow is Smooth and Smooth is Fast.
Been contemplating this statement lately. It has great depth of meaning for me of which I have only scratched the surface.
I first noticed it this year in one of Fire’s posts. Then I read about it in the book Backbone.
I will begin to unpack it now: Another related phrase is First you get good the you get Fast. When learning a new song on guitar ( real guitar or Guitar Hero) it’s best to slow it down to .25x speed and aim for slow perfection first then gradually speed it up.
To try and play full speed is going to be full of mistakes which will reinforce more mistakes. To aim for perfection first then gradually speed it up fees smooth and easy and pretty soon you’ll be playing full speed flawlessly.
My last 2 golf games were 96 and 94 and I was frustrated trying to swing it aggressively like it’s hockey. I’ve been to the range twice now just focusing on smoothness of tempo and aiming for pure contact with 70-80% effort. Once in awhile the ball will be struck perfect and it sounds like a pro hit it and it flys just as far as when I try and kill it.
I’m playing tomorrow and the only intention is to have fun, I don’t care what my score is.
Then this video popped into my feed from Golf sidekick. His driver swing speed is 10mph faster than mine and it looks effortless. If pressed for time watch the last 20 seconds of the video to see what I’m talking about.
Sept 24. DRR4 30 seconds. Love bomb/ RMV2 1:30 each.
Ended up shooting 81 today which I’m pretty happy with. It’s an easy course so add 5 shots or so to a regular course.
Overall ball contact was good taking the new approach. Was more present and had fun regardless of shot quality.
DRR has done its work. One cycle each and halfway through ST4 the healing is complete and I could walk away from it. Yet I still feel obligated to finish the program, 4 listening days left. Will microloop the remaining loops.
Keep in mind that it wasn’t just the listening to the sub that did the healing. The passing of the dog which I was deeply attached too brought up a whirlwind of emotions. Almost like the heart energy Center became this giant vortex swirling and swirling and churning up the Samskara’s stored in the heart.
2 days before the “event” I became aware of a core issue that had been holding me back and I was able to finally name it out loud. It is deeply personal and will remain off the public forum for now. The therapy session was strategically placed right after the “event” when the emotional energy was at its peak and that core issue was targeted at the precise moment for maximum effectiveness. Like a sniper waiting for the perfect shot.
She also helped me to call back that love that I had projected outside of myself. That love I had/have for Piper that is within me, it is not outside of me it is here inside of me and it always has been.
DRR4 is more than just healing though. It gives me that masculine edge. It’s like a more polished version of Khan. It’s a dominance with Grace like ASBR. It’s firm yet gentle. Stacked with Love Bomb it seems to act like I think DRG would with the extra Wisdom scripting. Or maybe it’s none of that and all it did was clear away the crud to reveal what was always there?? I reckon that all the other subs still remain in my psyche and I choose to express the qualities that I most resonate with.
As for next cycle I don’t know yet. The mini Zen retreat occurs during washout and I will decide during or after that. 2 subs that intrigue me the most including those yet to come new or upgraded are DRG and Minds Eye.
Sept 26. DRR4 1 min. RMV2/Minds Eye 3 min each.
At the upcoming mini retreat there will be some guided meditations. Wanted to have some Minds Eye scripting uploaded into the psyche. Will do a 15 min loop one of the listening days before I go.
Want to enhance my visualization skills and my intention for the retreat is to clarify my vision for my life. Would also like to be able to visualize energy coursing through my body during Qi Gong.
Sept 27. Rest day between sub day 9 and 10.
On sub day 11 I will be presenting an idea for new tooling at work to our group. Have ran it by the supervisors and they like the idea. Will be utilizing the whiteboard and evaluating both sides of the idea. It’s a framework called Story Inversion that helps cover blind spots.
Here is the sub schedule for the rest of the cycle to assist with my short term plans.
Day 10: ASBR/ME/RMV2. 3-7 min each
Day 11: ASBR/ME/RMV2. 1-3 min each
Day 12: DRR4/ME/RMV2. 3-15 min each.
Will hot swap DRR4 for ASBR for the stage presence then finish the cycle with DRR4 again to honor DRR for all that it has done for me. The exact times I’m not quite sure yet. ME is the only one I want to get the full 15 min in.
Yesterday Sept 30. ASBR 5 min Lovebomb 2 min. Before presentation. ME 15 min after.
Gave my tooling presentation yesterday and everyone loved it. I also had a lot of fun giving it. I partially filled in the whiteboard then asked for input from the group and the whiteboard was full by the time it was all said and done.
I made reference to finance in one of my points and later a guy came up to me asking for investment advice and also for ideas on how to propose different shift options to upper management.
More and more people are respecting my opinion at work and saying they require my “expertise” on a second opinion etc.
Seems like all roads are pointing to DRG for me. Would consider running another cycle of DRR4 as it’s been awesome for me even in a weakened state. Curious to see how a cycle of it would be when I’m at full strength.
If I start DRG next cycle I would begin ST4 by new years and would be a great way to kick off the new year. Seems like there’s not much extra scripting for GOLD in ST1, more so in ST2 and ST3 it really ramps up. I run 28 day cycles (23 and 5 with 12 listening days). Toying with the idea of condensing ST1 and 2 into one cycle. Say 2 14 day mini cycles of 11 and 3 which would be 6 listening days and 3 day washouts then full cycles for ST3 and 4.
Perhaps this is trying to force/rush results. If I do an extra cycle of DRR4 I will consider the condensed route for ST1 and 2 of DRG. If I switch to DRG right away will just go through like normal. Will decide on washout and will actually honor the full 5 days this time. Have the mini Zen retreat this Thursday to Sunday and looking forward to the breathwork session as our guide for that is top notch and should give me good clarity overall.
Oct 2 last day of cycle. DRR ST4/ME 15 min each. RMV ST2 8 min.
Creativity flows naturally when the Heart is free to express itself. If the is blocked/wounded then creativity cannot flow unless one has ‘all their
in a row’ in the outside world.
My boss asked me if I would give my presentation to the other crew, my cross shift. I said yes, will be there Tuesday morning.
She also described my presentation at the supervisors meeting and everyone loved hearing about it. A couple other department bosses told me today that I was the talk of the meeting yesterday. Must be ASBR doing its thing.
Right after my healing session 10 days ago all these ideas and creativity started flowing to me. The problem was I couldn’t shut it off at night and had trouble sleeping. Like enough negativity was removed causing ASBR bloom big time.
I’ve taken in a lot of knowledge the past 15 years or so. It’s time to crystallize that into Wisdom and share it with others. What good is hoarding it all to myself. I crave more Wisdom and that’s why I’m drawn to DRG.
Still undecided on EmpD. I run short loops of KB3/WB combo once a week or so. It’s a fun little stack and I could see it being dangerous on an overnight business trip with female colleagues. Not sure if WB would jive with DRG. I guess only one way to find out and time will tell.
Decided on my stack next cycle is DRG and Emp D. Those 2 will cover a lot of ground. Will sprinkle in a 3rd sub as I see fit.
Wrote down the objectives to both subs last night. DRG was 1.5 pages and Emp D was 2.5. Didn’t include DRR which are included in DRG.
Cycle starts tomorrow. Just ran a short test loop of Emp D. Have a fun golf game with my son later.
Tomorrow I have the work presentation, a repeat of the one given last week. Will run a micro loop of ASBR prior to presentation. Have the competitive golf game tomorrow at the same course and will run short loops of Emp D and DRG between presentation and golf.
Plan on running shorter loops of DRG ST1 during work days or slowly ramp up. Will save 15 min loops for days off for now.
Yesterday Oct 8. Prior to presentation ASBR 3 min.
After presentation DRG ST1 1:30, Emp D 7 min.
During presentation to the other crew a couple of them offered some minor modifications to the tooling which we are going to go with. It has now been sent to engineering department for further development.
Golfed that same course yesterday and shot 86, day before shot 79. Will blame it on sleep deprivation. Was up extra early for presentation. Yesterday I was a 1 trick pony on the golf course. Was hitting some bomb drives 280-310 all day. Almost too long for that course as I often do better from 80-100 in. Struggle with 50-60 sometimes. Will have to dial that in next year. The pin locations were also more difficult yesterday than the day before.
Later in the evening listened to 3 min PN. Had the mother of all releases during sexy time as it’s been awhile since last release.
Damn! You gotta change your forum name to Golf Daddy. All those cute golf girls gonna chase you.
Haha. Maybe next year. Will have time for only 1 more round this year weather permitting.
Today listened to 7 min DRG ST1 and 15 min of Emp D. Worked today by myself and not much of interest to report. Was extra hungry today though. I’d attribute that to Emp D.
Rereading Dispelling Wetiko at work. It was a core book in the early stages of DRR this summer.
At the mini retreat over the weekend I had a small rustic cabin to myself. Wood stove no running water. The main lodge has all the amenities. Would consider renting that small cabin for a solo 3 day silent retreat in the winter.
The last night of the retreat I played guitar and sang 4 songs. I’ll fly away from the movie Greater,
Cowboys and Angels by Dustin Lynch, Wait in the Truck by Hardy and Lainey Wilson, and Ghost by Josiah and the bonnyvilles.
Had a semi pro female vocalist help out with the Wait in the Truck song. Booked a vocal lesson with her in 10 days or so. She listened to the song once then was able to perform it right away.
Wouldn’t quite say I’m a rockstar. I still play music in the background while performing songs. I can play along or sing along well. Playing and singing at the same time is more challenging. Prefer to hit all the lyrics and if I miss a few guitar notes background music covers that. @Lion
You are a rockstar for living life the way you want to. Playing guitar, singing songs, booking vocal lessons, living in a cabin, giving speeches that are in demand. You are living the life! It’s awesome! And it’s gonna be awesomer!
