So this morning I woke up at 5:02 but thanks to my uber hyper mega app in phone I was able to go back to sleep and woke up at 7:09 in the end.
My sleep data from Oura ring was good, not exceptional but slightly above average. So definitely will continue to experiment with Paragon sleep.
But I realized that I did 33 days without any washout so as of today I am starting 5 days of washout and then continue with my stack but I slightly fear what Saint will bring on Friday and maybe I will need to adjust my stack.
And btw I did not feel and do not feel atm nothing unusual about my mental state or emotions from Phoenix. Not sure if it is a good or bad thing but I will just go with the flow.
Also started Mr. Happy Stack (uridine, choline, Omega 3) so curious how this will play out.

If I may ask, what kind of supplements do you take? I sometimes feel like sh**t after a workout, with a sore body, etc. for a day or two. I’m Interested in supplements that deal with this. Two weeks ago I started to take EAA’s while I train, and it got better, but every tip is apreciated
