I have started running. From everything, from problems, from the job, from responsibility.
Just kidding.
I have started running because I wanna have a better condition and heart functioning.

Was already three times and every time I could make more.
Yesterday I did 5 km in 40 minutes with an elevation of 2.5 points. My first time was with 2.0 and the day after my calves were sore.

But not after this third time. And even after running, I did weight exercises on calves. Today I am ok.
My sleep these few days worsen. Maybe it is due to subliminal or that I have been six times in a row in the gym and my cortisol is elevated.
Today I am going to take a rest. I would probably go to the gym without any problems but rather be safe than be sorry afterward.

Today is my second rest day after my first listening of custom Wanted + G:Mogul.
Phoenix and Primal probably doing their job in the background.

Despite having modules Stop Porn and Masturbation and Eye of the Storm in my custom I was yesterday and still today after listening to my custom, horny.
Maybe it is because of Wanted and modules related to muscle building like Anvil of Hephaestus, Serum X, and Heracles.

Redlight therapy and using a Ice sack for 5-10 min under your balls (Not directly but with your underpants on) will work.

Primal, Wanted, Phoenix, Paragon Sleep

Today was Paragon Sleep and Phoenix.

Also discovered that for me cable exercises are superior to free weights.
The main indicator was a mirror and how much muscle I was putting on.

It’s not just for you, it’s for almost everyone. The muscle resistance remains constant when it comes to cables.

However, when it comes to building strength, coordination, and power, don’t forget to incorporate weights into your routine. They are the best for achieving those goals.

Nah I am good with the cables for now.

But I am also doing 20-25 reps per series which I guess almost no one is doing so high reps.

LOL! Have you heard of Henselman? famous trainer here in NL, he came up with the high reps/ high volume full body workouts. That’s exactly what I did to build muscle. Many clients (especially skinny guys) saw amazing results with high-rep ranges of 20 or more. It’s also better for your joints.

I do not know this man but that is exactly what I am doing and I am also body type - skinny one.
And doing whole body every other day. On the second day I run and do a few other body parts with weights.

I am already kinda am, as you can see in the pictures above.

And this is exactly why I do not like heavy weights. Injuries, joint pain, and my muscle growth is not as good as with the current training.
