Why not just take Boron?
Because Boron is classifies dangerous in Germany therefore supplements are weak af and expensive. With a good supplement I pay 10€ for 1 gram of boron, if I get it in Austria, I get 5kg of Borax for 25€. Also, AFAIK, the boron in borax is more bioavailable than the compound in legal supplements.

Nootropic depo, Barlows, iHerb are all operating from the US, so the prouct would show up on their websites. Desert Cistanche has been banned in the EU mid May 2023.
The powder is probably as “not meant for consumption”?

Iherb has also a warehouse in Warsaw so you do not need to worry about customs. I usually got stuff from iherb in a week.
From the US like nootropicdepot or hyperionherbs, barlowesherbalelixirs it takes like 3 or 4 weeks because of customs.
I do not know about the ban, but on iherb site, you have to change location to your country and this is a screen that I am looking at rn

Regarding supreme creation from dragonherbs, iherb selling some of their stuff but not this particular one.
Once in the past, I ordered directly from dragonherbs, a long time ago and I am not sure how it went but I may have used a shipping service https://www.shipito.com/.
It gives you a US address and you can order anything within the US to this address and they then ship it to you in the EU.
And just to be clear I have not had this supreme creation myself, was giving that link just as a reference.

Forgot to mention that I did order this on 21 August 2023 and got it without any problems including customs.
Maybe I can recommend something similar that is better to find. For what purpose do you want Cistanche?

I checked Desert Cistanche only because Morgenisnu listed it as the banned ingredient.

In that case, this is a probably lost cause in the EU 
Or you can ask some of well traveled guys from that area and maybe they can bring it to you in the Netherlands during their travelings like @Plutus and such

Ah, well, if there is no shop in the EU, I’ll order it from the states.
EU laws regarding herbs are a bit shit. Stuff like Jiaogulan, a lovely healing tea, roughly translates as “Herb of Immortality”, used for hundreds of years in China is banned too. Really not sure why.

You can even find this supplement on iherb so it is within the EU and they have it. Also under the name Gynostemma and even from Dragonherbs.
