haha that’s trimmed down from a few months ago, I used to also do several different mushroom caps (lions mane, cordyceps, reishi) as well as a few other adaptogens and some CBD. Then there was the racetam stacks, with aniracetam and choline and a few other things to enhance that. Plus others I’ve probably forgotten about.

I feel a buzz. I don’t know if Aphro-D hits as hard as Farhan claims but I’ve only taken for three months and all the ingredients are great: Tongkat Ali, Pearl, Schisandra & Fo-Ti (produced from Lost Empire Herbs).

Daily is alcar and bacopa (bacognize). Found some research and concluded these two were a good start to reverse adverse affects of addictive behavior.

I also take creatine to reduce methylation load. Creatine is the largest methyl sink.

Pre/post workout is mainly luecine/HMB + other amino acids + milk. During workout insulin + testosterone + amino acids is needed for highest hypertrophy.

Edit

I also wanted to add I also apply androsterone and dhea on my beard area before I workout.

Lots of good choices.

Imagine having a subliminal that can transmit all of those supplements to your body by pulling them from the zero-point, with enough belief, I assure you it is possible.

But perhaps we should focus on general physical changes before magically pulling supplements from the zero-point into our bodies – the mind is the limiter though.

Quite a few + nootropics. Have no energy at the moment to type it all out.

Does that mean they aren’t doing their work?
