RegenerationQ to Khan?

The Fantasy…
Today, I was toying with the idea of running healing subs for more than a year. Now, I know I’ll never do that. I don’t have the patience. I’m too anxious to move on. But still, it’s nice to imagine how I would be like with at least 12 months of healing under my belt.
And somewhere in this listening fantasy, I would run TB with Regen.,Elixir and DR1 together. What a killer combo!

Back in July 13th or so, I dropped my hybrid QV1 and QV2 listening experience. I’m now exclusively doing QV2. I’m basically doing one loop a day at 1/2 schedule. After about two weeks of fatigue, I’ve finally adjusted to this listening schedule. No more fatigue for me.
Yesterday, I was listening to Khan, and for some inexplicable reason I closed the player down. I wasn’t aware I did this until half an hour later. Decided not to replay it. So tomorrow, I’m going to be playing Khan one day sooner than usual.

I’m about 2.5 months into Khan stage 1. I don’t feel much in the way of emotional upheaval. I basically experience recon in the form of fatigue and occasional headaches. Like @Budewr, I’ve wondered if I might be stonewalling.

You read reports of people experiencing a roller coaster of emotions and you wonder, if this stuff really is working? I mean you have people saying they can feel beliefs changing or dissolving. I’ve never experienced any of that.
I have experienced a spike in my libido. It’s very noticeable and much appreciated. I’ve also noticed an occasional slight uptick of women looking at me in that special way… but that’s basically it.

you tried a washout?

man its weird idk, im on the same boat too, sometime i question if im stonewalling, but stonewalling would follow with an urge to keep listening, if you have recon its a good sign, even if small details or minor details

but me too i often question if im stonewalling or not

Yeah, I did do a 10 day washout. No real difference. I guess we have to trust the process and hope for the best.

Hey RV, sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn’t mean to suggest that the sub wasn’t working for me. I’m seeing indications that it’s working.

It’s that when I read other people’s experiences of TB, with the more obvious and more pronounced transformations, it sometimes makes me doubt that TB is working for me. But it is working for me. Thanks for the offer of help. For me it’s going to take a lot more healing on TB than most people.

Thank you for clarifying. Do you currently have any other healing subliminals that you could run in conjunction with TB?

Regeneration.

Possibly running Regeneration with Khan might help. Would you be willing to try that?

I was actually thinking about doing that the last couple of days. Next week will be 3 months for TB. I’ll start Regen. then.

What do you think about one loop at 1/2 for TB and one loop at 1/5 for regeneration? At least for the first two weeks.

If you mean 1 loop with 2 rest days of TB and 1 loop of Regeneration with 5 days of rest, then yes start there.

Well guys, I’ve finally made the move! Two days short of listening to Khan Tb solo for THREE MONTHS, I’ve added Regeneration to the mix!
Now I’m listening to Khan one day on and two days off. Listening to Reg. 1 day on 4 days off. I’m excited about this combo.

Each sub brings its own benefits. Khan will demolish all that stands in the way of being a Khan. It’s much more narrowly focused sub, than the other healing subs.
Regeneration will gently remove ALL TRAUMAS/negative experiences across all areas of my life.
If there isn’t any clash between both subs, this should be a very interesting journey folks.
Part of me wants to add Elixir to the mix. That would take me one more step closer to my ultimate healing stack. All that would be left would be to add DR1 to the mix.
But alas, that’s too much for now. So I’m only doing Khan and Regen.

I would like to give a thank you to @RVconsultant for encouraging me to pursue this course of action.
I would also like to thank @khan for his inspirational journal that he did with Khan and Regeneration and Elixir! Wow, that must’ve been quite a journey my friend.
And thanks for the words of encouragement.

As a quick footnote. Before I did Khan, I was doing Regeneration for 4 months. But it was QV1. So it should be interesting to see how QV2 effects me with a Khan Total Breakdown…

They should work together.

I think Elixir was designed to go with Regeneration.

If you do, I would encourage you to consider dropping Regeneration.

How about running Regeneration and Elixir for 90 days, then swapping out Regeneration for DR?

That’s an interesting suggestion. I might just do that. My current stack is Khan TB with Reg., do you think adding Elixir in about one month would lead to overload? Because I do agree with you that Elixir goes perfectly with Reg. But I don’t want to drop Khan… So it would be a 3 sub stack…
I plan on going to stage 2 Khan some months from now. In the meantime, I want to do a hell of a lot of healing.

Hey guys, 2 days ago I started my new stack. It’s one loop of Khan TB and then I take two days off. The second sub in my stack is my favorite sub "Regeneration. I did this baby for four months before doing TB. It was easy and smooth. I’m hoping my experience with these two together will be mild, with no harsh recon. Khan TB is a monster for some people.

As a matter of fact when someone asked me after I finished 4 months of Regeneration, “how was it…?” I told them, that i really didn’t noticed anything different. No change.
But after several weeks of thinking about it, I realized what regeneration had done to me.
I’m debating whether or not I should do both of them on the same day or not. I can do both on the same day and then take three days off. What do you all think?

I don’t know. You could try it, and if you feel overloaded, just cut back or add more rest days.

Try it. I think it’s a reasonable experiment.

I think I will. I’ll wait about a month to get adjusted to regen. and Khan TB mix, then I think I’ll add elixir to the mix. I’m pretty excited about all the possible healing that this trio can do. I appreciate your feedback!
