RegenerationQ to Khan?

I was hoping that was the case. It’s like opening up a smoke filled room. At first you get a ton of smoke coming out. But the longer the door stays open, the less smoke and smell remains in the room.

Just finished 39 days of Khan. Ready for a 3 day process time. Today’s experience was actually better than yesterdays. I had more IOI. A couple of women gave me prolonged looks. They seemed curious or intrigued by me. Not sure which. Either way I took it as a positive sign.

Hey guys, @pacman, @Yazooneh,@Sub.Zero, @RVconsultant @Lion , I’m thinking about adding Sanguine to Total Breakdown. I’m currently running it solo for 39 days now. I’m worried that it might slow down the process of TB. Do you guys think it’s a good idea to add Sanguine?

Here’s a quick refresher about what Sanguine does:

Sanguine enhances your ability to maintain your optimism and sense of personal power in all possible situations. No matter the storm, you will be able to brush aside all negativity and press forward. You will have complete and utter confidence that whatever happens, you will be able to handle it, and you will proceed to do so with a newfound ease of mind and spirit.

Stacking Sanguine Ultima with another title in your stack at 1 loop every day (or every other day) will help counteract reconciliation generated by your subliminal stack.

Probably for the better

Thanks guy.

It’s perfectly fine to do so especially if it helps with reconciliation.

I have tried both Sanguine and Spartan along with Khan ST1 (on separate occasions) and both helped me deal with my irritation and temper when on Total Breakdown.

Sanguine helped by relaxing me and improving my mood and Spartan by making my mind stronger and more alpha.

Thanks guy, I’m pretty much convinced. I’ll be doing it at 1/8 for now, and then increasing it later.

Sanguine might be a really good idea. Also consider Elixir.

What is your plan for a listening schedule over the next 8 days?

@RVconsultant I’m still going to stick with my old schedule for now, which is 5/3. 4 days of QV1 and one Day of Qv2. and take 3 days off. I’ll fit Sanguine in on the first day. Is listening to Sanguine or even Elixir once a week enough? I just don’t want to experience overload. And yet once a week of either Sanguine or Elixir hardly seems enough. What do you think?

More from the Sanguine page. The more I read about it, the more I’m thinking how appropriate it is for me.

The ability to be optimistic in the worst of situations. The ability to keep your power in conflict. That is what it means to be Sanguine.

How many times have you felt like you are getting beaten down by circumstances of life? How many times have you lost your temper, and later realized that you would’ve benefitted from the situation better by keeping your cool?

Now you have the ultimate tool at your disposal — Sanguine, an Ultima-powered subliminal designed to enhance your ability to maintain your optimism and sense of personal power in all possible situations.

Sanguine is the best sub for dealing with recon so it’s a result enhancer is some way. It’s an Ultima, therefore, it works on a different level and in a different way it could collide with Khan only if you misused it and got overloaded.

Thanks Voytek I appreciate the advise.

I would say…don’t add it. Since TB is meant to be hard. Just remember it’s mental breakdown.
Why add feel good sub to a total breakdown

Hey thanks guy!

It might be enough. I’ve noticed Ultima’s effects can hang around for 4+ days.

Thanks RV. yeah I was thinking of doing 1/4, one loop a day.

Here’s some quotes from June 1, 2019 from the main Khan thread.

Here’s what Simon said," Does Total Breakdown work on ALL alpha issues - confidence, money, social, sex?"

Here’s Fire’s response: “Total Breakdown is just as it sounds… TOTAL, complete breakdown. Everything that holds you back will be broken down”

I decided to briefly talk about what I think a Khan is. Or at least I hope my subconscious mind takes me in that direction.
What is a Khan?
Is it a person who walks around with a puffed out chest, saying hey look at me, I’m the man? I guess for some people that might be what Khan is to them.
But for me, I hope Khan turns out to be a confident person, who’s not afraid to take bold actions towards what he wants.

He is confident in social settings. He has some drive to achieve his goals. He’s also a man that women admire. I’m not talking about bedding every woman that he sees. But I’m talking about having choice! If he wants to he can.
Khan is so confident that he’s able to admit when he is wrong. He’s not afraid of taking responsibility for any mistake in action or judgement that he has made. He doesn’t feel a need to remind people of his status every 5 minutes.

People respect him, because he’s not afraid to show others respect first. If others disrespect him, he has enough confidence to either be able to see it for what it is, a pathetic attempt to throw him off his balance. He either takes appropriate action or ignores it…
He recognizes that we all make mistakes, even a Khan. He doesn’t have anything to prove to anyone else.
His confidence and his boldness is tempered with wisdom and knowledge and some patience.
And there are other qualities i would love to include in the above description, but I’ll save that for some other day.
MANY OF YOU WILL RECOGNIZE THAT THE ABOVE ISN’T PURELY KHAN. That’s why I hope to add other subs in the future to balance this khan out.

Hey Guys, found this great quote from Saint Sovereign back in August 19, 2019:

This is reconciliation. The reconciliation process doesn’t have to be “painful,” or cause anxieties or anything like that. In this situation, you’re dealing with a belief causing you to wonder if you should even engage in this form of self-improvement because you think it’s making you inauthentic to your true self. The thing is, you’re not being “programmed” in the way that you may believe. Our subs don’t program you to become what WE think a “khan” is – it challenges your subconscious to bring out your idea of becoming the Khan.

So, break it down logically – are you REALLY happy with where you are in life?
