@SaintSovereign I noticed that Index Gate and Renaissance Man Ultimate Writer both have direct mentions of helping you access the “flow state” You put that in there for good reason… Flow helps you access the states needed for deep deep learning. Would there be any “access flow states” scripting in MusashiZP ?

• meditation… I was called to a new way of meditating that proved extremely powerful. I decided to meditate without an alarm clock, and keep telling myself to meditate “for just 5 more minutes.” I got into deep flow doing this. I thought I had been meditating for about 20 minutes - it turns out I had meditated for 50 minutes, and the meditation was deeper, more relaxing, more profound, and stress-free… no more sitting there patiently begging god to make that alarm go off so I can stop meditating - I was in control and able to choose to continue, every time, making me a 100% willing participant.
• Reflecting More. Turning off tech at around 9pm is easier. I enjoy meditating more. In between wrestling matches yesterday, I calmly would walk back and forth, doing breathwork to slow my heart rate. I single-task instead of multi-task. I feel less of an urgent need to check my phone while engaged in any other activities. Overall, I just find that some of the most enjoyable time is the time I spend with myself.
• combat scripting: I got first place in the wrestling part of the tournament which was insane. I rolled through 7 guys in a row, undefeated, one of them was the favorite, he has a big wrestling background… I don’t, I was just wrestling for fun he had been DECIMATING everyone else, he was easily 15 pounds heavier than me, and not only did I beat him, I picked him up and powerslammed him. sent him to losers bracket, he decimated everyone in losers bracket, then I beat him again in the finals.
• combat scripting: reading people has become easier. Watching him wrestle other people, I realized that everyone else was afraid of his strength, so they were trying to do some sort of trick, maybe twist him to the side, some sort of “use his strength against him” that I had an intuitive understanding wasn’t working. I told my friend “the only way to beat him is to move forwards, not backwards.” Nobody had tried it against him except me, and it worked. I had an intuitive sense of this for other people’s matches too. The moment two people got into a clinch, I declared “that guy will lose by being pushed out of bounds” and it happened.
• extreme calm, no mental chatter, in combat or before it. I wasn’t ever really “strategizing”… omg now that I think about it that’s one of musashi’s main principles. Didn’t even realize until now. But I had no interest in watching the matches to “learn my opponents.” I would just walk. When I got into the ring, I wouldn’t have a plan, I would just hold steady, clinch them, and then flip them however they gave me the opportunity to. I wasn’t nervous up against the big guy.
• ADHD Support. don’t call me crazy until you hear me out here, I feel like this title has basically everything I need to learn as someone with ADHD. ADHD people are usually smart but don’t apply themselves, and MusashiZP is the art of applying yourself to the fullest. The incessant need for being rushed all the time from my ADHD is counterbalanced by a desire for solitude and contemplation. I normally have a short term plan, or none at all, but it’s being replaced by a mindset of long term mastery, meaning sticking to things for longer seems obvious and natural. Being over-energetic, sporadic, “extra” is being replaced by a calm sense of stoicism. Being a multitasker replaced by a sense of focus at work. Anxiety replaced by calm. More focused. And the chatter of my mind is down significantly, which is helpful.

Life is slowing down. Single tasking not multi tasking. I don’t feel rushed. I feel at ease but powerful, like life is like tai chi. night times (7-11pm) have become times of hyper-intentional behaviours, not stress or extra impulsivity. It’s become the time that’s best for meditation, journaling, and/or that one extra deep work session, the one that I do after I’ve fully shut down tech and no one can bug me it’s becoming easier to do deep work. Day 1 selling my new offer today.

It’s very high ticket B2B so onboarding and ramp-up period will be long, I’m not actually selling yet.

Now that I have HSB (hero, sage and blade) to temper the discipline of true sell a little bit more, I’m probably going to make a True Sell Black custom (True Sell + RICH cores) inspired by @Azriel’s custom and ofc @Niles running TS, too.

Goal will be to run HSB as the “Mastery” title, and True Sell Black as the thing I’m trying to master. We’ll see about a 3rd title, if needed, from there. LE and SE are always good, no matter what the stack is

But I have a suspicion that RoM + HERO would be godly… that’s TRUE mental mastery… i’m imagining Musashi in such deep focus that he can slice a bullet in half with his Katana, on ROM + HERO

The Streams is going to be amazing for listening, planning what to say next, and objection handling, ON TOP of learning enhancement.

Just wanted to tag @Malkuth because I did end up deciding to stack EOG + HO:SB

I’ve already done a lot of EOG stage 1 (9 months committed + more intermittent exposure), 6+ months of HOM, and over a year of Ascended Mogul and/or Mogul.

EOG3 + HO:SB will be the stack for now. Won’t really need to stack that with anything else apart from some non-conflicting support subs.

You just have access to the part of yourself that doesn’t question anything for your own good.

I used to have a bit of feeling bad at doing better then others or if my having something would take from someone else. Now I don’t question that shit at all. And I’m still super generous and supportive. I just go after what I need to be in a position to give the most first.
It also makes it really easy to be direct and straight with what you need and want and when others cross a line, while knowing when to ‘destroy’ politically or directly or when to give grace.
It makes stepping in and stepping up easier. You take advantage. It seems to combine with winners mindset to make level up a cycle of winning and ambition.

DIA seems to slightly improve my influence in my custom then when I was running True Sell solo- over the phone. The more I think of it the more people really do what I say, so I would vote for it.

The journey from yesterday continues, I have a renewed commitment to “mastering” the art of saying what I have to say tactfully, with as much respect and humility as possible, while benefiting the person as much as possible and causing as little offence as possible.

Money

Money results feel good, feels like I'm starting from scratch, with potential, opportunity, adn freedom. Beginner's mindset and openmindedness to how I build my finances, commitment to learning sales to an even higher level.

New sales gig started. I’m extremely positive about the company… we’ll see about the state of the real estate market itself. But it looks like the current sales guy has NO clue what he’s doing, uses a super super simple process, and they’re looking to me to make improvements to the process overall, not just close, which is amazing. Great EOG3 mindset push, they wanted to have me take 3-4 weeks to be “ramped up” before sales calls start… I asked and got an answer for “what do I have to do to take sales calls within 3 days.”

Also got 2 private coaching clients this week which is a good boost to my income and helps the transition. Not making that the active strategy but they came to me.

Fear & Desire to make educational content

I realize I have a fear of making content, but it’s also something I find fun, I LOVE learning and then teaching what I learn through writing. That’s something I’ll be incorporating how to include into my life, as it’s high flow, high value, high fun. I can study the things that are important to my personal growth, and then test to make sure I really really understand it by making content summarizing what I learned. I have no interest in “expert branding though.” I’d rather brand myself as a student than a master

3m30s of EOG3 + Musashi had me sleeping like a log. Damn. That was a deep sleep.

Woke up and felt semi-productive but high-purpose.

Created a content plan,

and content comparison analysis, with 4 channels referenced as source material/inspirations

EDIT: A few hours later... 3m30s I'm feeling overloaded,

work wasn’t great today, pretty distracted, although I am feeling confident. Today’s the first day of my washout anyways, so next cycle, I’ll probably start with a 3min loop of EOG3 on Monday, and then a 3min loop of EOG3 + a 1 min loop of HO:SB later on in the week. I’m also curious about a listening pattern of only listening to subs in full length 1x per week, friday evenings, to allow time for processsing… and then listening to 30-60s microloops 3-4 days per week, so the schedule is technically Mon-Fri listening, weekends off, but with 4/5 listening days being microlooping days, and the official listening day having 2 days of processing time

EDIT: Ran 5 mins of Sanguine tonight, this recon has been a LOT. Fought with the GF without meaning to, just had a snappy tone. Totally overwhelmed by the to-do’s. Not my finest day, lol. Microloops had me feeling godly
