Ive been seeing 1s and 4s all around… all the time since I started my healing stack. I mean 20+ times a day whether is 114 or 144 or 141, they appear everywhere.
I havent experienced that phenomena since I did Stark I think.

Yesterday I finished the day with some Rebirth Ultima and today I did it again, only Rebirth since its rest day.
Im starting to feel a surge in energetics and in my overall disposition and mood. Like the feeling of being underwater and finally come to the surface, or finding the light that leads to the exit of a dark cave.
Im getting a headache… Im gonna test the recomended “anti recon diet” 
and maybe rest tomorrow also

I keep seeing numbers everywhere too. A lot of 222s, 333s, 1515, 1717 etc.
Very interesting to me since I’m trying to manifest stuff.

Yeah Ive been there too… for me now its only 1s and 4s… since i posted they have been popping out some more.
I have a meeting with a possible client in 45 minutes and honestly all I want is to go to bed as soon as possible.
I have some headache and is freezing cold outside.
As soon as Im ready Im going to bed.
Ok, so the repeating 1s and 4s keep appearing, as an example I was watching a youtube video and it had 114 likes and on the right side on the suggested videos it was Joe Rogans podcast episode 114.
Yesterday it was like that all day, today the same thing.
Im listening to Sage Immortal right now and already did DR st4, both masked.
Im having a lot of dreams, but they seem pretty trivial, like myself eating or something like that.
Yesterday I kept purging repressed emotional stuff, since I added Rebirth Ive noticed that all the experiences that keep comming to the surface are trauma that forged a negative indentity. Last night I had a really profound release, unfortunately I have no recollection of what it was, not a clue.

Did my morning routine of DR st4 and Sage Immortal, now Im doing Paragon. Later its time for Rebirth.
I can report that Ive been releasing lots of tension from my body and my mood keeps getting lighter and happier.

Im feeling very loving, very sentimental. I can hug anyone and I have a big smile on my face.
Ive been feeling like this for a couple of hours and Ive just started DR Ultima lying in bed.
On the other hand, my sexual desire is almost zero… I notice how my mind seeks for ways to stimulate my libido, but to no avail.
Moved my journal and changed the name… felt like it was hidden.
