Regarding listening patterns: Please check support articles for updates

That my friend sounds like a great idea.

Exactly.

You just upload tracks into the same folder. Click the play button next to any track and AudioShare will play that track and all of the ones after it.

You’re talking about the independent, internal volume of the AudioShare app. You have to set that in advance by going into any individual track and adjusting the volume. Then you exit back out to the list of all tracks. AudioShare will remain at whatever volume you chose. If you quit out of the app and reset it (by swiping up the way you do in iOS), the volume will be reset to max.

Once you’ve started playing all of those tracks in order, you cannot adjust the volume without interrupting play. If you’re playing one individual track, then you can loop it, adjust the volume on the fly, and whatever else. These are just the limitations of AudioShare.

This is going to be interesting. Look forward to your update. Qv2 listening is still a new territory.

Add Rebirth to that and you have my current stack.

guys, did anyone notice after switching to this new pattern from the old legacy advanced one 5/2

that when you wake up, you feel a bit more tired? or that you could use more sleep? its like you can sleep more and your body tells you to do so,

even if you slept for 8 hours

you would feel like you could use 2 hours more , something like that

i used something simmilar, when i used to overload myself with loops i would wakeup fatiuged as hell like im some kind of slime groggy as hell, but this is like 60% less than that

i dont feel groggy but it feels like i could use more sleep, and even if i wake up like lets after an 8 hour sleep and i sleep for an extra 2 hours, it feels like i could sleep more

its like your hungry for sleep, anyone had this before?

How do you find your current stack then? What’s your listening pattern?

How about adding Elixir or LD?

It works very fast and goes very deep.

The recommended, 1x everyother day and on rest days I boost with Rebirth.

Day 1: DR St4, Sage, Paragon and Rebirth (1x each)
Day 2: Rebirth 1x.

I dont have LD. Elixir was one of the possibilities, but I thought DR takes cares of all the emotional causes in a broader way than Elixir, so I used that space for Paragon to tackle the physical aspect of healing.

Instead of adding Elixir on top of that, I decided for Rebirth cause it helps reframe the past, negative beliefs and specially identity. I also recently found many good comments about how good Rebirth is in some journals, that helped too.

Actually, I started with healing and then I moved to destroying my limits that makes logical sense to me. I guess, it’s better to keep both processes separate focusing on healing first.

Rebirth is a little gem indeed.

While on Sage I realized that everytime Ive used Healing subs I got great results, but Ive always stopped when I got good enough results and not when I get the full results I was after. Theres like a threshold that used to scared me out. Lessen the sypmtoms, but never really got to the core of it.

This time it feels different… Sage is quite profound. Im going all in. In as little as a week with this stack Ive already acomplished a lot.

Yes it is!!

Doch doch mein Freund

Open any DAW ( ableton, logic, Cubase, etc, etc, )
Create a 1 hour long, empty clip.
Or record silence, then strech it out to a hour.
Name it : silent track
Export it
Put it between your loops

I did that before I go to sleep

1 hour silence
Then the subs

Works perfectly

Update: put your titels in a Daw. Let 1 hour between the tracks and export that as 1 file

Yep. How about sleeping more? At 6 hours, you likely dream more than at 5. At 8 hours, you likely dream more than at 6. See the pattern? Dreaming should help you process the subliminal.

Ahhhh yessss, Thank you @RVconsultant

ive slept yesterday for about 5 hours and i woke up feeling great very energtic,

maybe it was just a phase getting used to a new script EQ crushes lots of what im lacking, so i think thats why i was seeing that and facing this urge to sleep more

I have a question. Can I run the sub with 2× or 1.5× speed ?? Not always but sometimes I need to. Is it valid? @RVconsultant and @DarkPhilosopher

Don’t do it.
I repeat, don’t do it.

There was a topic about this like a year and a half ago or something and I decided to overlap subs, and play them. The 1.5x/2x speed was part of that topic. The R E C O N I received was no joke, don’t do it.

Thanx I will never do it :grimacing:

hey guys!
Suppose i have 3 titles in my stack A B C.

can i do
A x 2
B x 1
C x 1
on all listening days? ( 1 day on 1 day off)

Yes. But use your observation to see how it’s impacting you.

Pay attention to recon.

If 1 loop of A is giving you recon, stay at 1 loop.

Also, check out Saint’s post on stack rotation.

Day 1: A (2 loops), B (1 loop), C (1 loop)

Day 2: A (1 loop) B (1 loop), C (2 loops)

stuff like that.

Depends on which titles you want to emphasize.

hey! thanks for the helpful response!!

In my stack, I want to emphasize title “A” most.

So which listening pattern would be most effective?

or do stack rotation as per the latest guideline

Which will be more effective?

I have no idea how the new tech works, so I don’t have idea what to do

Truth is we’re all still figuring it out.

I think your idea sounds feasible. Again, you’ll just need to pay attention to recon.

Does 1 loop really feel insufficient?
