Frankly, I expected Raphael Ultima (my physical healing custom subliminal) to turn out this way but didn’t at all intend to make a custom Q title along the lines of ByronQ any time soon (both the Ultima and Q customs are v2 as of this writing. Will update them to Ultima+, Q+ and other better versions as and when they happen).

After the release of the WANTED title and its Q Core in the Q Store, I “wanted” to make a custom based on the life of the poet, wanderer and playboy, Lord Byron. His life of creative writing, fearlessly traveling wherever he wanted and seducing tons of women (and men too) inspired me to plan a custom that would bring me that lifestyle (with seducing only women, thank you very much lol).

But I felt that I had to put that plan on the backburner since I needed to put my life in order (am currently unemployed, live with parents, and not chasing excellence).

So there I was in the midst of making a very focused subliminal based on Emperor when I realized I would abandon this Emperor custom too if I made it, like I did with many of my previous stacks and customs.

The only solution I could find to solve this issue was to build a custom that had both of what I wanted (like Khan, Renaissance Man, WANTED, etc) and what I needed (like Ultimate Writer, Eye of the Storm, Stop Porn and Masturbation, etc).

This combination would help me achieve my immediate goals of independence while having a good time along the way.

So there you go guys. This will be my journal for the forseeable future. Plan to do this for a minimum of a year (with no fear or shame in dropping this stack whenever I want to. After all, I don’t find it particularly useful to beat myself up when I change my mind or stack. I do mature and learn a lot in the process).

And since I just built ByronQ today, I plan to play with Dragon Fire (DR ST1) until I receive the custom. Do a minimum week long “absolute destruction” to prepare myself. Lets see how good DR ST1 version 2 is.

PS: will explain the purpose of each module in both Raphael Ultima and ByronQ in another post. So stay tuned for that

PPS: I am SO grateful for this forum and @SaintSovereign, @Fire for helping make this possible. Even though I need to do a lot of work on myself and take much more action to change myself, the journey so far with SubClub titles has changed me a lot. Here’s hoping for much more. For you and me

Why I chose these modules:

In Raphael Ultima:

  1. Paragon Ultima Core- allround physical healing ultima Core.
  2. A/SPS: Eyesight- to heal a retina related issue.
  3. A/SPS: Hearing- to heal my moderate hearing loss.
  4. APS: Hair- gotta grow that stuff back. On the head please. On the head above my skull to be more specific lol!
  5. A/SPS: Organs- for general organ health. Keep them all healthy and running.
  6. SPS: Fat Burn- Burn baby burn!!!

I have played Raphael Ultima for the last 10 days and some of the results I have seen are:

  • less “blackouts” in my vision when I stand up a bit too quickly. Some parts of my eyes seem to see more. Less floaters. A certain confidence to my mind that I will get my sight back.
  • less tinnitus in my ears.
  • since I can’t get a haircut these days thanks to lockdown, hair’s growing alright. Well, it’s growing all over my body but that’s another story. Where it needs to grow, I feel there are less bald patches.
  • I feel healthier in my organs. Especially my lungs. Easier breathing.
  • weightloss is still a struggle but OMAD should soon resolve that.

In ByronQ:

  1. Khan ST4 Q Core- for masculinity and dominance. Khan Complete always made me feel like the complete man (Raymond advertisement anyone?) In whichever stack I placed it in, I always felt like I was living life like a Khan deserved to live. Could use some of that feel-good feeling.
  2. Renaissance Man Q Core- this made me be my creative best. Got to keep this one.
  3. WANTED Q Core- am keeping this mostly for the physical shifting it will give me. Make me a Giga Chad, WANTED!..Not planning seduction anytime soon but if it happens, it happens.
  4. Ultimate Writer- for creative writing.
  5. Sacred Words- for persuasive writing.
  6. Lion IV- for that sense of relaxed mastery and power. Plus lions are the coolest.
  7. Dragon Tongue- for wit and humor. Plus Dragons, man!
  8. Sultan- to live life large like a Sultan.
  9. Wealth Limit Destroyer- to remove my limiting beliefs about money.
  10. The Spotlight- for more views online when I end up writing on the internet and selling books.
  11. Unlimiter- to remove all limits and to help in learning new skills.
  12. Eye of the Storm- replace bad habits with good ones because “you are what you repeatedly do. Excellence therefore is not an act but a habit”.
  13. Machine: Action- be an action machine. I have rested long enough.
  14. Carpe Diem Ascended- to be “waking up happy, motivated and driven to conquer everyday.”
  15. Tyrant- manifest my reality relentlessly.
  16. Stop Porn and Masturbation- Porn is the great devourer of time and energy. Time to slay that beast.
  17. Male Enhancement- let it GROW. Let it GROW! Don’t hold it back anymore haha!
  18. SPS: Endocrine System- for balancing my hormones but mostly to boost my testosterone.
  19. Emperor Fitness Height Inducer- am between 5’10 and 5’11 which isn’t too shabby but a few more inches here too would be nice.
  20. Mosaic- for easier stacking with my playlist.

Hope to get ByronQ within the coming week.

PS: next post will be on my goals. And another post will be my action plan.

Day 1 of Dragon Reborn ST1

DR ST1 x 2
Aegis Initiative: Covid-19 x 1

  • As planned, I ran 2 loops of Dragon Fire in order to prepare me for my custom.

  • Felt incredibly tired and hungry today which led to breaking my OMAD diet. Need better self-discipline with regard to eating.

  • Ran 1 loop of AI: C19 since I had a repairman visit home and it was a safety precaution to keep myself corona-free.

  • Had a lot of thoughts on why I was sabotaging myself repeatedly. It’s true I do have some disadvantages but It’s not like I am totally helpless.

After all those thoughts, I realized I need to brutally and honestly write down what my issues are before putting forth goals and an action plan. So here are my problems:

  1. No money. The money I do get is more like “pocket money”. Which is disgraceful to get when you are close to being 40.

  2. No skills that earn good money. If I had to use my writing skills to earn, I need a more professional way of using it and also developing it instead of wasting my time writing for social media likes.

  3. Caring too much about what my parents think of me.

  4. Blaming circumstances and people in order to feel better about myself.

  5. Blaming myself to feel like I am at least taking responsibility for my failures when in fact I just end up being satisfied that I am not like the others who don’t take responsibility for their issues.

  6. Wasting time in self-pity regarding the health of my eyes. People in worse situations have done better.

  7. Eating junk food.

  8. Too much talk and planning. No real action and not keeping promises to myself.

  9. Porn and Masturbation

The one good thing in all this is that I still hold on to hope that I can change things around even though am in an abysmal situation that is totally self-inflicted. All I need is to start small and improve myself daily with habits that compund my self-improvement.

So tomorrow will be my clear “goal posts” post.

So you ended up tossing the emperor idea out the window?

Yes. I don’t know how much I will regret that decision but lets see how it goes. ByronQ is the perfect mix of what I want and what I need. Planning to play it for 3 months and add EoG to it to resolve money issues.

It’s worth a shot
I mean Khan should be able to do finances and worst case you could run eog on the side or mogul
Also you have wealth modules in there too

Absolutely. Also, between Emperor, StarkQ and Khan, I felt most comfortable and masculine with Khan. That could help me stick to my ByronQ custom.

Again yes.

That’s why I sneaked 2 of them in there lol. Especially Wealth Limit Destroyer. Should come in handy and complement Sultan.

Day 2 of Dragon Reborn ST1

DR ST1 x 3

  • What DR is doing right now is throwing at me a lot of explanations on why my life turned out this way.

  • For eg, a YouTube video reviewing Gilmore Girls (of all things), showed how entitled and “millennial” i was growing up.

  • Another video I watched today was by a channel explaining writing for film had the screenwriter bemoaning the fact that a lot of people waste their time writing long posts on facebook instead of putting in that effort to create a book. A realization I had 2 weeks back, which led to me signing out of social media then.

  • I lack structure and discipline to make art. To write means to do the work. That’s another thing that’s nagging at me.

  • I have thrown away the first half of my life. I won’t do the same with the 2nd half.

  • Have to give credit where it is due: version 2 of DR is very powerful. Especially since its only been 2 days.

Day 3 of Dragon Reborn ST1

DR ST1 x 3

  • Another great day of insights thanks to Dragon Fire.

  • One of them is the idea of not caring too much about what is going on in the world or about other people’s opinions. Was watching a recent Caleb Jones video of how to not be outcome dependent and I realized that even though I have tried to be this way, there were many instances when I debate or wasted time trying to convince others that I was right. Who cares really? It is easier to be objective when you don’t give a fuck. I should focus on myself first. My family and friends second.

  • From the same video was the idea of adaptability. Things change and the only way to not only survive but to thrive is to adapt. A country is collapsing, move to a better one or work towards that goal. Got unemployed, look for new jobs. Have eye issues, do eye exercises and use accessibility technology.

  • All these aren’t new things to me of course but it is getting easier to internalize concepts now.

EDIT: I almost forgot to mention that the day before yesterday I had vivid dreams of being criticized on my journal. There were loads of “feedback” which were pretty harsh. It felt so real that I woke up and checked to see whether it happened lol. I think it was a release of my fear of confrontation though.

Day 4 of Dragon Reborn ST1

DR ST1 x 5

  • Had 2 vivid dreams during my afternoon nap today. The first one being about a female stunt driver who performed a stunt by jumping from one high rise building to another on a bike. I don’t know how she did it but she did (dream plot armor I guess). The second one is where she and I were eye fucking each other while she cuddled with her lover (who was my sister of all people!) but it didn’t lead to anything since I woke up thanks to a phone call (damn you courier!)

  • A bit of reconciliation today. Part of me wishing that I made my customs lighter. But hey, lets see how it goes for 6 months since the most results come after that time period. Got to stick to something for the long haul for once. Keep promises to myself and not slip up.

  • SaintSovereign 's story of how he went from penniless to wealthy is inspiring. I do hope I get there. Don’t want to die without fulfilling my goals. Am I willing to give it my all?

  • Must admit that I have a lot of regret and resentment towards myself for how my life turned out. DR is helping to release all that and tell me it’s okay. That I will be able to help others who have encountered similar challenges to the one I have. To the late bloomers. To the physically challenged.

Day 5 of Dragon Reborn ST1
And A trial run of ByronQ since I got it today

DR ST1 x 6
ByronQ x 1

After playing DR ST1 overnight:

  • Had vivid dreams.
  • Was finally able to keep my OMAD diet today.
  • Gave up green tea because of oxalates.
  • Becoming more concious of my thoughts.

After playing 1 loop of ByronQ in the afternoon:

  • Felt suddenly horny (must be both the Khan ST4 and Endocrine System modules).
  • But when I tried to fap, it felt very unnatural so I stopped. Stop Porn and Masturbation module kicking in.
  • Felt comparatively less hunger inspite of OMAD. My guess is that Eye of the Storm module is helping me build good habits one of which is to cut junk food out of my lifestyle and the other being to maintain OMAD. It is also pushing me to resume the Carnivore diet. Lets see.

Rest Day

(I think this post might come in handy for you, @Grimm1390. At least this way of thinking is giving me a useful and practical perspective)

  • Got full command over refusing junk food now. Even with it laying around and other people eating it in front of me and offering them to me. Also got used to disciplining myself to eating OMAD. On top of that, not overeating on OMAD. Good stuff.

  • Now I need to extend this way of self-control to 2 more habits. One being to my PMO issue (which i relapse once in a while). And second being wasting my time by not developing my writing skills.

  • So am going to tackle these 2 the same way I deal with food. Just like eating junk food is not good for my body, will consider PMO as “junk food for my brain” and wasting time not writing as “junk food for my time”.

  • Using the principle of totally abstaining from eating these “junk foods” instead of thinking of moderating such trash, I could actually be successful in stopping such bad habits and building healthier ones.

  • So “healthy food for my body” is OMAD + not overeating (instead of actual junk food and eating all day. Later I have to restart my carnivore diet but for now will keep things the way they are).

  • “Healthy food for my mind” is meditation + reading books (+ actual sex) (instead of PMO).

  • "Healthy food for my time is writing everyday (instead of wasting time on youtube. Fortunately, already gave up Facebook, Instagram).

Rest Day

  • Today was Sunday so took a break from OMAD. Need a cheat day once a week to keep going.

  • Negative Habit I avoided today: PMO.

  • Positive Habits I (re)started today: 20 Minute Meditation + Palming Eye Exercise.

  • Tomorrow onwards starts the real deal with my playlist being Raphael Ultima + ByronQ (well today overnight to be exact since will be playing this during sleeptime).

  • Will of course be adding more productive habits to my days henceforth while avoiding habits that come between me and my goals.

  • This is not a new concept but building a system to get where we want (or basically a series of habits) is what will help focus on the journey rather than the destination. The end goal is important but need to learn to take pleasure in what action am taking to get there. And remind myself that such actions aren’t easy at first but will become so when it becomes habitual.

Atomic habits is a really good book to read on building habits. Not sure if you have read it or listened to the audio book. I have the audiobook and it’s excellent. The book is on YouTube as some narrated the whole book

Ah yes. Thanks for reminding me, bro. I have the book but haven’t read it yet. Have to do that.

Monday
Raphael Ultima x 2 (Day 1)
ByronQ x 2 (Day 1)

  • Habits avoided: PMO

  • Positive Habits performed: OMAD + 20 minutes meditation + Palming Eye Exercise + no caffeine, not even green tea

  • Wanted to add a few more new positive habits today but didn’t end up doing so. That’s okay. I won’t beat myself too much about it. Not only will it not help but at least am not falling back into old negative patterns. Baby steps but at least am moving forward.

Tuesday
Raphael Ultima x 2 (Day 2)
ByronQ x 2 (Day 2)

(@honeymonster, @Hermit, @Azriel, @Apollo, @Malkuth, @Grimm1390, @pacman, @James, @dorfmeister, @Floridianninja. I think you guys will find this post helpful since it deals with chakras)

  • Woke up half an hour before the alarm clock.

  • A part of me wanted to return to sleep. But then I thought it would be a good day to (re)start the practice of the 5 Tibetan Rituals.

  • I used to do this several years back (and then stopped). I was suddenly reminded of it after I ran a loop of ByronQ for the first time last week. And very soon realized why I remembered it.

  • I ended up watching several videos about the benefits of doing the 5 Tibetan Rites and I kept hearing “Endocrine System” being repeated over and over again. It seems that this ancient practice helps heal the Endocrine System and by extension the chakras.

  • And what related module do I have in ByronQ? The Endocrine System module! Talk about the subliminal leading me to the correct habit! Granted that I put in this module to boost my testosterone but am glad it has more benefits than just that.

  • Am also taking extra effort to not unnecessarily comment on youtube and on this forum especially if it is related to trying to change someone’s mind on something controversial. I have loads of work to do on myself anyways.

  • Habits avoided: PMO.

  • Positive Habits performed: OMAD + 20 minutes meditation + Palming Eye Exercise + no caffeine.

  • New habit added: 5 Tibetan Rites (started with 6 reps each).

PS: the 5 Tibetan Rites have much more benefits than this ofcourse. A brief search on youtube regarding it is enough to explain that it is useful for weightloss, the spine, hormone balancing, energy, youthfulness, flexibility, blood circulation, vision, healing, etc)
