Qv2 experiences, comments, insights and questions

Well if you have physical shifting modules don’t do too much loops ! This morning I was listening to my custom with among the modules the respiratory system. I listened to the first loop and it was perfect. I was feeling my thorax larger, breathing more volume of air and being more relaxed. So I decided to listen to a second loop. It was not as good as the first loop. And at the end I felt hyperventilated, with nausea, cold sweat Oops ! I should not have done that, especially that I have also the cardiac system in my custom. What I did, I went walking and then jogging and things went back to normal. So the next time will be 1 loop only !

Wow, thanks for that!

If you add the glands (and sexual organs) the emotions associated with are shock, jealousy, unworthy and pride.

This may partly explain why nice guys try to fix their self esteem through sex, for example…

We have a lot of subconscious and unconscious networks and sub-systems in in our nervous and endocrine systems that influence us and guide our actions without our realizing it. I’d wager that most of them have not yet even been properly identified.

This to me is one of the really cool lines of inquiry that exist. Sort of excavating the logic of the nervous system.

While Q instills within us a new mindset which has to, in some way or another, reflect externally after which we observe the ‘results’ and mention them here with all our accuracy and enthusiasm – it feels to me that Qv2 has a really elaborate normalizing effect in that it has us becoming the script, which seems also to be the reason why the initial reconciliation is sturdier compared to previous scripts.

Hmm i like that thought, could you please elaborate what you mean by ‘becoming the script’ even further? in comparison to Q .

From my experience, i notice much more easily overload from qv2. where as in Q i could somehow run 3 loops of a title without feeling any fatigue, in Qv2 if i run more then 1 loop of a single title i feel so tired that i must lay down.

is it just me? does it ever become lighter with exposure?

I feel this fatigue too. I’m used to running 3 loops of 3 majors, an ultima and maybe one or two sub on the side like RebirthQ and SanguineQ, but I’m adjusting right now for Qv2.

This is why I’m tired all the time. I need to run 1 loop per day.

Over time I Coud increase the loops, but not on the first week.
First week I do 2 loops and in the second week I try 3 loops in 4 days and If i can Handel that then the 4th loop on the 5th day. Week 3 I try everyday 1 loop.
Of course I stop at any moment in the process when I feel it’s to much

Running Ascension QV2 because I have been in a bad mood and more than a little depressed most of the day. I feel like I give in to people to avoid conflict when telling someone to go fuck themselves or confident enough to just walk away would be the best option. About half way through the first loop and I feel better than I have all day

Now this is the part I don’t get. How can you be so sensitive to the subs that you feel the difference with half a loop… Not a question.

Just annoys me that I do not feel that

Hopefully I can solve that with my new stack. Still waiting for the updated versions of QL and AL.

Right? Some users here run over 5-6 different subs and can detect results or mood changes where as me can’t even get a single sub to work even when listening for over 6 months …smh.

Wait you for real or your joking?

Apparently he is joking.

Perhaps keeping a journal on this forum instead of only on his phone will help us see what Sigma is not seeing. I never see anything happen with subs, which amuses Saint to no end because he can see it clearly by looking at my reports.

Our recommendation remains to keep a handwritten journal in private and a more generalized journal on the forum. That way you gain the benefits of a handwritten journal and people here can see you go through changes even if you don’t.

We’re in the same boat. JCast does get affected quite rapidly. We still remember what happened when he ran BLU.

One day I’ll create a custom called the JCast. Should be fun.
