We invented RVConsultant to throw suspicion off of me. Our devious master plan has worked!

By the way, if you thought he was a bot because he was nice you should not watch 90% of AI related movies from the past… 50 years or so.

When you mentioned it that was actually the first thought which popped into my head: “It must be that profile picture.”

What were we talking about again?

I have no proven solutions for hair loss yet, but I can share what my approach will be:

My thyroid levels are a bit low, so I am getting those checked every few months and will be supplementing as needed to keep it in a healthy range. I don’t know that it’s related for me, but it’s something I can manage, so I’m doing that.

I’m looking into dht-blocking shampoos, but there’s very mixed reviews on those and most of the success stories are from people who also use other modalities - minoxidil or finasteride, or a light therapy (see below) so it’s hard to see the effectiveness as a standalone component.

Based on studies such as this one https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3746236/ I’ve ordered some microneedle derma rollers which can allegedly help stimulate hair re-growth. Those should be arriving today, actually.

One of the areas I work in is photobiomodulation (light-based) therapies, so I’ve got a near-endless supply of this type of tech. I’ve been doing a deep dive into pbm research on stem cell activation for stimulating hair growth, and have some promising leads to start testing.

I have zero interest in oral DHT blockers like Finasteride, too many potential side effects for my hormones… and I’m not terribly keen on smearing goop on my head twice a day for the rest of my life, but we’ll see. There are other options available, including a peptide called RU58841 as well as C60 + MSM which can allegedly kickstart the anagen growth phase to produce new follicles. I’m curious about those but have not seen as many studies on those as I have for microneedling-based stem cell stimulation and photobiomodulation.

I’m also looking at platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, which are much more invasive, yet still much better than transplants… which are well out of my budget, at least for now.

I hope this post is of some use… again, nothing proven yet just the approach I will be taking. I’m also the only adult male in my family that has any hair left, so that’s something at least. Everyone else started going bald in their early 30s or earlier… late 20s for my father.

I’ve ordered red light… should come in a few days.

I use derma roller, once a week for 10 sec… imma use it more often now…

I use morrF 5% twice a day.

I’m using subs and morphic fields as well.

Next month imma get hair transplant and get started on heavy nutrients tablets and such

Which length did you get? The ones long enough to work hurt like crazy when used on a skin as thin as the scalp. Always happy when my weekly needling is past.

Also get some disinfectant.

That’s those red light helmets, right? The expensive professional ones might work. Don’t know about the more common ones.

In the end it’s all about stimulating blood flow to the area. The blood will transport the DHT away.

A side effect is that the scalp start pushing out some of the gunk that’s in those follicles. Using a brush with medium hard bristles helps to scrub the scalp clean.

Makes me wish Timothy Feriss had this issue. He’d try everything under the sun, then write a book about it. The 4 Hour Scalp.

also prome. attachment is a real blockages for a goal

from the teaching of vadim zeland: too much attachment would create “Excessive potentials are created when you give too much attention and value to a certain object or event” which leads to not manifesting and achieving that goal

deal with the attachment first and the fear of being bald, after you let go of that fear and feeling, you can know focus on your goal of achieving it

being attached to a goal or an event would result the universe to strike you with a :mans_shoe: on the head

thats my take  and good luck buddy

Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.

I’ve read his book a little… very confusing.

Can you please try to think of some counter examples that invalidate his point?

this a hard to deal with… but I had kinda sort made peace with being bald, I used to go out without any cap or anything to cover my head… and I’d be cool

thanks man! grateful!

If you like the shaved head look and still want to keep the hairline i recommend scalp Micropigmentation, i had it done about 8years ago and it looks fantastic its like a hair tattoo, and gives the impression of a shaved head, you have to get touch-ups every 3 - 4 years but cheaper than getting haircuts in the long run

Exactly. I’d give up trying to fix this, just because these 2 men couldn’t.

Luckily, I have more of a graying problem, and less of a receding one.

I don’t think more is better, it does cause damage, and that takes time to heal.

The side effects of that look worse (to me) than hair loss! :grimacing:

I’m not familiar with this, so just did a quick search… interesting concept! It doesn’t look to be well-studied though, and it seems some countries have banned it on safety reasons.

0.5mm to start. If it hurts that much, I’ll probably get my wife to roll my scalp as I’d wimp out and stop rolling. lol. Are you seeing good results from the treatments?

Definitely! I’ve had isopropyl alcohol 99% on the bathroom counter for most of the past 18 months, for sanitizing my phone etc whenever I’ve been out. Also, we always have hydrogen peroxide around too.

I work with the light modules directly, to design/build them into products. Our company makes panels, hand-held devices, etc. No helmets, as we haven’t done anything hair-related yet. This is just my own personal project, for now.

I’m looking at shampoos like Nioxin which are intended to do a deep scalp clean, for this purpose. The pbm therapy works quite well for increasing blood flow too.

I’d so read that.

okay so lets say i want to submit a track to a record label and im giving so much attention to this thing all i think about is that, and im feeding it with feelings such as fear ,attachment or even the positive ones like being sooooooooo excited like youre on cloud 999 and youre so joyful that its unnatural

here the universe will demand something to bring you back to your balance state

so lets say i was so afraid of the label not texting back and replying to my emails and im always checking out my email and thinking about it most of the time then that would result in the universe to punch me in the head and say " hey buddy return to the balance of your being" so it would send you an event or lets say the label wont call back or return to my emails, because i was so attached to it

same things with positive feelings

me being excited like 1000000000000000% would result to the universe hitting me in my head to return me into my normal balance state

just accept and let go of the feeling work on it, its hard nothing easy about it

but behind that fear of being bald theres something deep going on trust me
