Question for anyone who has experienced this?

Does anyone notice that when they are running subclub subliminals, they get more sensitive to things that normally wouldn’t bother them as much? Like becoming more volatile in their emotions and such?

Like something that normally would be a 4 in terms of giving you anxiety or irritation, jumps to a 5 and a 10 on terminus then after a long washout, it fades just like that

makes sense lol

Recon is hitting me so hard rn that I can’t even tell what’s recon or not

Recon is usually a fight-or-flight response to the fear of the unknown, triggered by rapid changes occurring in your psyche. It’s the very reason we feel anger or anxiety when reconciling “really scary” concepts. Taking action outside of your comfort zone—especially when aligned with those concepts (as included in the scripting)—and properly managing pacing (the amount of exposure) are both crucial.

When it becomes too intense, a washout is typically recommended. However, I personally prefer gradually decreasing the exposure amount to avoid a “withdrawal”-type reconciliation and instead find the sweet spot for swift adaptation.

What is usually giving you 4/10 anxiety can give you 10/10 anxiety when being addressed by the subliminal, later when your subconscious finished to process the subliminal, your anxiety will eventually be 0/10

Recon broski. Lower the time.

Reconciliation is happening all the time (even off subs), and it’s a process that can make one overwhelmed by heightened levels of intrusive thoughts and unsolicited emotions. However, the modern man already experiences all of that daily due to a hyperactive psychology and intellect—and this only gets amplified when reconciling demanding or “scary” concepts.

The real culprit is that hyperactive psychology and intellect, which make us more vulnerable to “mental events” that interrupt the natural reconciliation process—such as intrusive thoughts and unsolicited emotions.

In order to counterbalance this mental hyperactivity, it’s essential to become more physically active and to take action with clear intent and strong focus. Of course, there are other ways to restore balance—like meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness—but increased physical activity combined with intentional, focused action is something that can be applied consistently and often yields far better subliminal results overall.

Most of us need more Earth, broski.

this actually makes a lot of sense, thanks

I didn’t even know there was withdrawal type recon, good to know. I’m usually the type to drastically drop the exposure time when recon hits me hard. Now I have another strategy to use to make my sub club runs more efficient when recon hits.

I remember writing about this to support a long time ago, I was trying to understand why I would get intrusive thoughts and emotions when running sub club and they essentially said the same thing. At first I was kind of worried because some of the thoughts I was having were counter intuitive to the sub.

So more intrusive thoughts and emotions are a good thing and would something like dark room therapy enhance the reconciliation process since there’s no distractions from the external world and such?

I don’t really understand what you’re asking me about.

Those thoughts and emotions have no value. On the contrary, they disrupt reconciliation.

Sorry I got confused, thanks for the clarification.

That is a great freaking avatar picture.

This is the expected response to using a title that hits on deep blockages. Zero Point’s job is to make you consciously aware of the issues that are preventing you from reaching maximum success. Once that issue is brought into conscious awareness, you must take action to resolve them. The scripts come with various support scripting to help you do that, but ultimately, you have to work through that issue. Then the results come.

I’d recommend going back to micro loops – if you’ve already progressed past them, or started with full loops, then building your way back up.

However, that concerns only a tiny percentage of what actually surfaces in consciousness—at least thanks to the new recon tech. Most of it is just mental garbage you can’t do much about, other than waiting it out and allowing your subconscious to process it naturally, ideally supported by increased physical activity.

When the process becomes intense, it’s important to reduce exposure. In fact, I recommend doing so earlier—specifically when reconciliation episodes filled with useless intrusive thoughts and unsolicited emotions last longer than five minutes.

would journaling be a good action to take

how do you know when to go from 30sec loops- 1min or 3mins to running the full 15mins?

I always struggle with this, I would do 30sec-3 mins and think, oh, I’m not getting enough mins in and wasting my run, let me do the full 15 mins and the recon hits full on

I literally tried every single possible listening schedule and whether you run 30 seconds or 15 mins reconciliation and overexposure will come sometimes even harder on 30 seconds than 15 mins I have noticed which should not make sense but it is clearly noticeable for me.
