Question for anyone who has experienced this?

Actually in the modern world the mind is already assailed by far more impulses than ever before, a few hundred years ago people would live without technology in forests and natural environments and would have basic peace of mind just about permanently.

To achieve goals also you do not need to overwhelm your mind whatsoever, even just a single thought you can take it to fulfil you and bring you success. But to empower a thought you want to have mental energy and not drain yourself too much. Keeping the mind agile and fortified with energy is the key to mental health and balance.

Once your mind gets into states of stress and strain over a long time anxiety, anguish, overthinking, depression, imbalance in neurotransmitters etc etc etc will all come

Leave any individual in a forest area in the mountains for 3 months without any input he will suddenly process his last 10 years and after this attain to a state of clarity and peace never experienced before. However since the container never gets emptied it is just constantly overwhelmed.

Meditation for sure helps with this but in regards to processing subliminal information perhaps it is best to add some info then directly process it and avoid stuffing your mind too much with unused information.

And to add more its not about 3 5 10 or 15 mins for me I just start to feel better after a week, I always need many many days in between and once all processing is completely gone say one month or longer I will see my results go through the roof.

If I listen every day or if I listen every other or even once 3-4 days I will process crazy dreams every single night and wake up with a fried brain.

I feel I can use the input of information even weeks later or whenever I want in the future cause it is just there as a download. No need to process it again. Like you read a book and you remind yourself of the knowledge you have acquired now you can just apply it in your life, all that it needs is your awareness to remind you of this knowledge you learned of and make yourself conscious of it again and apply it.

This is my feeling, most of the time I get very delayed results somehow. My mind is either very busy with other things or it processes slowly and I definitely do not have a slow mind my thinking is very swift and I am considered a high energy individual. Not in the slightest am I lazy in mind I can easily focus long long hours and not get tired but processing of programs still exhausts my mind for several days to weeks I can feel it in the back of my mind.

One thing is very clear to me is I have to do less less and less!

This is the main reason why I’ve actually thought about going on those long meditation retreats where you can’t use any device or anything and you’re basically meditating for hours on end and some things come up. I feel like in this technological age, we need more rest and recovery from technology or the outside world, every couple days In the week from all the information we are bombarded with on a daily basis.

how about using sensory deprivation like the float tank? I’ve heard it helps you disconnect and be more in tuned with your body and mind, achieving homeostasis holistically, kind of like meditation but way deeper

You’re not the only one. Pretty much all of us are overexposing and the surest sign of that is what you mentioned here:

Overexposure leads to low-level recon, which not only diminishes current results but also potentially delays them, just as you intuit. It may be that most of the potential results never get executed at all, and only a fraction of them eventually manifests—with a delay.

I just want to remind everyone once again that Zero Point was initially intended to be used once a week—and that was in the beginning but, as we all know, the tech has developed significantly since then.

The most common occurrence on the forums: overexposure leads to getting stuck in the vicious cycle I just mentioned here:

Oh, and the most important observation:

Thanks @Adi

IMHO wild and vivid dreams aren’t a bad thing. It means things are getting processed. As long as you aren’t getting nightmares and waking up sweating. I am on a washout right now and got some insane and crazy dreams last night. But I woke up this morning feeling extremely clear and refreshed.

Precisely — and processing quite a lot. That’s why I pointed it out as one of the factors to consider when setting your exposure level.
